Struttura ottima, personale gentile e disponibile, anche la cucina ottima con sapori mediterranei. Locazione eccellente vicino al mare, alla funivia per andare su a Taormina, è vicino Isolabella, vado spesso per lavoro, ma ci andrò anche per le mie vacanze.

O apartamento que ficamos era muito bom, espaçoso, a vista do terraço maravilhosa. A limpeza estava boa, serviço de quarto também. A estrutura também. O café da manhã que poderia melhorar, pois contava com poucas opções e sem reposição. Recepcionistas muito atenciosos.

Professes to be a 4 star but absolutely not the case. First and foremost we arrived on 30th August for a 5 day trip, to find the pool was murky brown and closed for use. We were informed that there had been a storm the previous day and that they were hoping to have the pool sorted by the following day. Having picked the hotel specifically because it had a pool, and paying a premium accordingly, this was a real disappoin**ent. We are now on the last day of our holiday and the pool is still out of use. On day 3 after paying €100 for four sun loungers on the beach we had to complain about the situation and were offered for the following day use of a pool and beach 2 miles down the road with a transfer. This was a very poor standard and it was not possible to lay by the pool, we tried to leave and couldn’t get a transfer so were stuck. Back to the Esperia, the staff have been friendly and it’s generally clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned daily. There is no kettle in the room. Beds and pillows are hard. Bar is not managed, and reception have to track someone down to serve drinks. One evening we were offered beer, or nothing. Breakfast is pretty standard for this type of hotel. Overall had the pool been operational we would have been satisfied with our stay. Basic, and 2-3 stars max.

L’hôtel est situé sur la route de la corniche de Taormina, vue sur une piscine assez quelconque et d’autres bâtiments, la mer derrière. Du coup les défauts de l’établissement ne sont guère compensés par la beauté intrinsèque de ce coin de la Sicile. Le personnel n’a guère d’intérêt pour les résidents (service sur insistance, on monte ses bagages seul et vu la pente ce n’est pas une sinécure, personnel à l’accueil qui vous ignore, etc.). La chambre était correcte sans plus, et la climatisation (35 dehors) s’arrêtait toute seule quand elle le décidait au milieu de la nuit. Bref, il y a de meilleures adresses dans le coin.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per una settimana e fin dal primo giorno abbiamo potuto constatare un livello di educazione e disponibilità fuori dal comune. La stanza era davvero molto bella e pulita, tv e aria condizionata perfettamente funzionanti, frigobar di buona capienza, cassaforte, letto comodo con doppi cuscini. Prima colazione varia ed abbondante, ottime le cheesecake ogni giorno di gusti diversi. Ambiente molto tranquillo, camere insonorizzate, molto bella la piscina che è sicuramente un plus in considerazione dell'estrema esosità dei lidi circostanti. Inoltre vi è parcheggio interno a pagamento ad una cifra abbordabile, cosa non da poco vista la pressoché totale impossibilità di trovare parcheggio su via nazionale. In ultimo davvero buono il ristorante Mazzarino dell'albergo, unica pecca è che non è aperto a pranzo. Un ringraziamento al personale e speriamo di ritornarci presto.

Hotel vecchissimo, siamo stati una notte in una suite, ma di suite non aveva nulla. Appena arrivati ci aveva detto che le camere non erano pronte e ci siamo cambiati nel bagno della hall dell'albergo, esperienza tragica, bagno pieno di umidità. Dopo 5 minuti ci hanno detto che invece le camere erano pronte. Stanza grande e tutto sommato pulita. La stanza è circondata da vetrate con delle tende oscuranti che più che tende erano piumoni!!! Se aprivi la tenda eri praticante dentro la stanza accanto, siamo stati tutto il tempo con la tenda chiusa. L'asciugacapelli dopo due minuti si surriscaldava e si staccava, ho chiesto un asciugacapelli da sostituire ma non ne avevano. Appena accendevamo i condizionatori e le luci si staccava il contatore!! Colazione pessima, tutto di scarsa qualità. La piscina graziosa, ma i lettini sporchi e senza ombrelloni, non era possibile starvi nelle ore calde. Bisogna migliorare un po' tutto.

Hotel situato nel centro di Mazzarò a 5 minuti dai lidi e spiagge e dalla funivia che porta a Taormina. Arroccato sulla collina, dispone di ascensore esterno per arrivare alla reception oltre che di ascensore per i piani. Camera matrimoniale carina e pulita con vista mare. TV funzionante con canali anche stranieri ed aria condizionata. Prima colazione abbondante e variegata con possibilità di avere anche caffè espresso su richiesta. Cena al ristorante Mazzarino che si trova di fronte ed è gestito dalla stessa famiglia. Anche la cena è sempre stata ottima con una offerta di pesce sempre presente. Bella la piscina panoramica con vista mare e bar per cocktails. Gentilezza, disponibilità, info utili dalla reception per organizzare escursioni, assistenza anche per i transfer o per qualsiasi problema. Io lo consiglio decisamente

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a luglio 2022 per 4 notti con i bimbi e ci è talmente piaciuta da esserci tornati anche quest’anno per una settimana. Camera superior quadrupla con accesso a terrazzino spazioso al piano terra che affaccia sul lato interno. Camere pulite e molto confortevoli come il resto dell’hotel e la piscina, ottima per rilassarsi al rientro la sera ma piacevole anche tutto il giorno, apprezzata moltissimo dai bimbi ma anche da noi adulti! Hotel in posizione strategica, a due passi da isola bella e dalla funivia per salire su a Taormina. Ottimo il servizio di parcheggio nel garage, per noi essenziale, a 20 euro al giorno, ma meritati. Colazione nel bel salone della villa, con una buona varieta’ di alimenti per tutte le esigenze. Possibilità di cenare al ristorante Da Mazzarino che consiglio per gli antipasti e i secondi, molto buoni. Ottima la caponata con pesce spada. Personale e titolari sempre cortesi e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta di informazione per organizzare le uscite. Spiaggia convenzionata ottima. Grazie di tutto, anche quest’anno ci siamo sentiti come a casa, con la vostra gentilezza e cortesia.
