Excellent structure, friendly and helpful staff, also excellent cuisine with Mediterranean flavours. Excellent location near the sea, the cable car to go up to Taormina, it is near Isolabella, I often go for work, but I will also go there for my holidays.

The apar**ent we stayed in was very good, spacious, the view from the terrace was wonderful. Cleaning was good, room service too. The structure too. The breakfast could be improved, as it had few options and no replacement. Very attentive receptionists.

Professes to be a 4 star but absolutely not the case. First and foremost we arrived on 30th August for a 5 day trip, to find the pool was murky brown and closed for use. We were informed that there had been a storm the previous day and that they were hoping to have the pool sorted by the following day. Having picked the hotel specifically because it had a pool, and paying a premium accordingly, this was a real disappoin**ent. We are now on the last day of our holiday and the pool is still out of use. On day 3 after paying €100 for four sun loungers on the beach we had to complain about the situation and were offered for the following day use of a pool and beach 2 miles down the road with a transfer. This was a very poor standard and it was not possible to lay by the pool, we tried to leave and couldn’t get a transfer so were stuck. Back to the Esperia, the staff have been friendly and it’s generally clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned daily. There is no kettle in the room. Beds and pillows are hard. Bar is not managed, and reception have to track someone down to serve drinks. One evening we were offered beer, or nothing. Breakfast is pretty standard for this type of hotel. Overall had the pool been operational we would have been satisfied with our stay. Basic, and 2-3 stars max.

The hotel is located on the Taormina Corniche road, overlooking a fairly ordinary swimming pool and other buildings, the sea behind. As a result, the faults of the establishment are hardly compensated by the intrinsic beauty of this corner of Sicily. The staff is of little interest to the residents (service on insistence, you carry your luggage alone and given the slope it is not an easy task, reception staff who ignore you, etc.). The room was okay, nothing more, and the air conditioning (35°C outside) turned off by itself when it decided to do so in the middle of the night. In short, there are better places in the area.

We stayed at this property for a week and from the first day we were able to see an extraordinary level of education and availability. The room was really very nice and clean, TV and air conditioning worked perfectly, good capacity minibar, safe, comfortable bed with double pillows. Varied and abundant breakfast, excellent cheesecakes of different flavors every day. Very quiet environment, soundproofed rooms, very beautiful swimming pool which is certainly a plus considering the extreme exclusivity of the surrounding beaches. Furthermore, there is internal paid parking at an affordable price, which is no small feat given the almost total impossibility of finding parking on Via Nazionale. Lastly, the hotel's Mazzarino restaurant is really good, the only flaw is that it is not open for lunch. Thanks to the staff and we hope to return soon.

Very old hotel, we stayed one night in a suite, but it had nothing of a suite. As soon as we arrived he told us that the rooms were not ready and we changed in the bathroom in the hotel hall, a tragic experience, a bathroom full of humidity. After 5 minutes they told us that the rooms were ready instead. Large and overall clean room. The room is surrounded by windows with blackout curtains that were more like duvets than curtains!!! If you opened the curtain you were practicing in the next room, we were with the curtain closed the whole time. The hairdryer overheated after two minutes and fell off, I asked for a hairdryer to be replaced but they didn't have any. As soon as we turned on the air conditioners and the lights the meter went off!! Terrible breakfast, everything of poor quality. The lovely swimming pool, but the sunbeds dirty and without umbrellas, it was not possible to stay there during the hot hours. We need to improve everything a little.

Hotel located in the center of Mazzarò, 5 minutes from the beaches and beaches and the cable car that takes you to Taormina. We stayed at this property in July 2022 for 4 nights with the children and we liked it so much that we returned again this year for a week. Superior quadruple room with access to a spacious terrace on the ground floor overlooking the internal side. Clean and very comfortable rooms like the rest of the hotel and the swimming pool, excellent for relaxing when returning in the evening but also pleasant all day long, greatly appreciated by the children but also by us adults! Hotel in a strategic position, a stone's throw from Isola Bella and the cable car to go up to Taormina. Excellent parking service in the garage, essential for us, at 20 euros per day, but well deserved. Breakfast in the beautiful lounge of the villa, with a good variety of foods for all needs. Possibility to dine at the Da Mazzarino restaurant which I recommend for the starters and main courses, which are very good. The caponata with swordfish is excellent. Staff and owners are always courteous and ready to satisfy our every need and request for information to organize outings. Excellent partner beach. Thank you for everything, this year too we felt at home, with your kindness and courtesy.
