UNA VERGOGNA! DA DENUNCIARE! Sporco ovunque, odore terrificante. Neanche gli animali vivono in quelle condizioni. Abbiamo prenotato per 7 giorni ma dopo l’arrivo siamo scappati (senza rimborso). Ripeto da denuncia!!! Incredibile che un posto del genere sia abilitato alla vendita di camere! Il gabinetto trovato con tutta la tavoletta sporca. Allibito e senza parole. Mi auguro che vengano presi provvedimenti perché un posto del genere NON può essere aperto al pubblico

Una bettola. Fortunatamente abbiamo pernottato per una sola notte. Stanza sporca con formiche e cattivo odore e senza aria condizionata, bagno non in camera e anche questo sporco. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Non siamo neanche riusciti a dormire data la puzza

Non ho mai visto qualcosa di più terrificante, non ho mai tante pretese ma l’unica cosa che chiedo a una struttura è che sia pulita e vivibile. Sono stata due notti in questo schifo e non ho mai avuto un’esperienza peggiore in vita mia: posto terrificante, con letto sporco e materasso rotto, lenzuola non pulite (ho dovuto mettere un mio asciugamano sul letto per dormirci), polvere dappertutto, odore di muffa e un’atmosfera da film horror onestamente. Sono una ragazza che viaggiava da sola ed ho dormito PIANGENDO la prima notte che mi sono ritrovata lì, preferivo dormire per strada. Non c’è qualcuno che controlla posti così??? Dovrebbero essere chiusi!!

Una vera e propria catapecchia nemmeno i miei maiaili stanno in un posto del genere. Siamo stati costretti a scappare per il terribile odore di muffa e trovare un nuovo alloggio in un altra struttura.

We arrive with the reservation made and paid, the owners are very rude and shouting all the time and tell us that the reservation does not exist and that we have to pay €45, we tell them no, it has already been paid and they tell us that the internet does not work for them and that They can't see the reservation, we show the voucher and they keep saying no, we have to pay and they throw us out of the place with bad words and insults, now we are waiting for a solution from Logitravel but without a doubt we will not sleep in this hotel, we come from Palermo passing through through trapani, agrigento and catania, we have taormina left and we have arrived in palermo, we have been to several hotels without any type of problem here in taormina with problems just getting there, we hope that logitravel will grant us another hotel or a refund of the money, without a doubt it will not I recommend this hotel to no one, a shame of mother and son owners arguing all the time, insulting each other all the time.

Zero assoluto posto da incubo. Sporco,umido, con il caldo della Sicilia un ventilatore! a refrigerio. Il bagno pieno di muffe dai sanitari al piatto doccia. Meglio dormire in macchina su una panchina alla stazione. Foto sicuramente carpite a qualche altra struttura. Abbiamo perso la caparra e cercato un altro posto.
