Exceptional place to stay! The service was amazing, the breakfast team were fantastic and the food was great, as well as the restaurant in the evening. The rooms are clean and being redone 3 times a day! They’re very attentionate to all the small details! The crew at the beach is also fantastic, but shout out to Franco and giovanni for all their help and great service!

L’hôtel est incroyable et le service est plus que excellent !! Les gens sont très gentils et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est très généreux et copieux, ils proposent de faire des omelettes, des crêpes, des pancakes et tout ce que vous voulez. Le personnel à la plage est très gentil, un grand merci particulièrement à Franco et Giovanni qui ont été a notre service tout au long du séjour. Je reviendrai c’est sur!

Franco and Giovane are the best! Thanks for the great service at the pool and for arranging an amazing scenic boat tour! Very relaxing! Concierge Amedeo also arranged an amazing tour of Mt Etna winery Tenuta di Fessina. We loved the piano at the bar/restaurant.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Everything was excellent, from check-in to departure. All the staff were helpful and polite, and the food offering very good. As we had a late flight they were good enough to let us use a courtesy room in the afternoon to wash and change before heading to the airport. The location is great, only 2 minutes from the cable car up to Taormina town centre, and the private section of beach makes swimming and sunbathing very relaxed. The only negative was that the wifi was tricky to connect to at times. If you go make sure to get a room with a sea view.

With a wonderful location, the Mazzaro Sea Palace hotel is the ideal place to stay for a holiday in Taormina. The services are more than any guest would wish for. Thanks for the amazing help of David and Amedeo at the concierge desk and Veronica at the front desk. Rooms are nice and clean and the restaurant and bar have good selection of food and drinks, especially for the fresh seafood and local fish.

An elegant hotel, in an amazing location. Staff very attentive and professional. A superb stay which will forever remain a treasured memory for my husband and I . Would definitely recommend the Sea Palace as a base to explore Taormina and the surrounding area

The hotel exceeded our expectations when we arrived. The staff at reception gave us a very warm welcome. We were able to enjoy breakfast with a fabulous view of the sea. We would especially like to thank Valentina and Francesca for their great support, as well as the rest of the team. The rooms were always clean and fragrant, freshly made and towels were never missing.
