Super dining experience in this hotels restaurant. Food drink and service fabulous. Special shout out to Jessica who was great in her recommendations for choices on menu . Located by the beach and lovely piano music too. Just a very relaxing evening for us all.

We had the BEST time here! Definitely the highlight of our European vacation. The staff was incredible at every step of our stay. The concierge planned us a great trip to Mount Etna and wines tastings, and also got us a private car to the airport with only 30 minutes notice when our plans changed last minute. Perfect location in town. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the the Mazzarò Sea Palace and it was an unforgettable experience. This was a rescheduled 25th anniversary trip due to covid in Sept. of 2020. We had another resort booked at that time but due a recent TV show that resulted in an exorbitant nightly rate, we decided to book the Sea Palace and could not possibly have been happier. If we had to mention one thing we were not satisfied with, we could not. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were quickly escorted to our room which was a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The decor was sophisticated, with a modern touch that complemented the classic charm of the hotel. Our room featured a private balcony which provided a spectacular view of cove where sat for coffee and reading. The hotel amenities were exceptional. The resort offers a breathtaking view of the sea that can be enjoyed from the room, bar, restaurant, pool and of course the beach. My husband enjoyed the gym each day prior to using the pool every afternoon. The on-site restaurant served an array of delicious local and international dishes, with an emphasis on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Dining with the gentle sea breeze and panoramic views was an experience I’ll cherish. Usually we would have had dinner at a different restaurant every night but because of the amazing view, service, cuisine and the wonderful pianist, we ate at the property every evening except three. In addition, the breakfast selections were simply fabulous. What truly sets the Sea Palace apart is its impeccable service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging excursions or rides to and from the airport, or providing tips on the best local spots, their attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Using the resort as a base and going on day trips was a stress free way to enjoy Sicily. We did the following 5 day trips from the hotel: Siracusa/Noto, Ragusa/Modica, Savoca, Castelmola, Mt. Etna and the Alcantara Gorge. I don't recommend the gorge...nothing really to see. Go to a winery instead after hiking Mt. Etna. We were back to the hotel around 3ish to enjoy the beach for a few hours before dinner. The location is was just unbeatable. It was just a block from the cable car which will take you up to Taormina center (Corso Umberto Restaurants and Shops), the hotel offers easy access to many areas such as Letojana, Naxos and Castelmola. Yet, it remains a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle which is why I recommend this location rather than staying on the mountain. I went for the first time at the Mazzaró Sea Palace for an aperitif with my friend. Magnificent experience, the bar manager Francesco was very prepared and elegant and absolutely kind. The other guys Domenico and Federico were very careful about the service. The cocktails were so good so we decided to have another round. We drank an Exotic Flower and a Green trees. Really good and tasty!!! The location and atmosphere are one of the best we ever saw, the background of the waves is very relaxing. We will come back for sure!

In 1976, my wife and I accompanied her parents on an Italian "road trip" from Lake Como to Taormina. Our stay at the Mazzaro Sea Palace during the Ferragosto holiday was the crowning experience of our whirlwind vacation. Fabulous views, ultra modern decor, beautiful beach, and sumptuous meals still vividly memorable after 48 years. The staff virtually bent over backwards to accommodate our family comfortably. Glad to see this hotel has maintained its high standards of hospitality after all these many years.

Best hotel I have been so far! Highly recommended! Sea view, food, and staff are the best! The concierge David is the best in his category! Pioneering his love for Sicily transmitting it to everyone, shout out for him! Deserv an award! Always smiling, always at disposal and always top with everyone! Truly a 5 star resort. Extremely Professional staff aimed at provinding superior service. Private beach and view outstanding. Armonia resturant served great food. My only concern was limited outlets to support the recharging needs of today’s technology. Would return again for a longer stay.
