Very helpful staff , helpful for booking a reservation at a restaurant and let us use the charger for iPhone.
Was very pleased with the service, but was not very happy about the toilet as It did not have the normal Japanese toilet
that wash your bottom. The room was a bit out of date!

Get off at JR Hizen-Oura Station and take the hotel shuttle bus.
The men's and women's open-air hot springs are interchangeable, but they are both located at a great location with a view of the sea.
