Terrible experience. I stayed there with my girlfriend on the 21st of May. We booked and received good communication from a non identified WhatsApp number of some worker of the hotel. When we arrived the room was simple and ok, not a tiny bit of personality to it,just a white room with beds and a toilet, it resembles more to a hospital room than a holiday,so if you're after the cool place don't go there. However the aesthetics wasn't our priority. The real problem was when we found a big crockroach in the shower. Massive black one ,disgusting to look at. After a while it disappeared in a hole on the shower wall. We were unable to take a shower after the travel and after a day of equitation. We texted the person on WhatsApp: disappeared. Dissolved in the space, gone. Not a single word of excuse, not a single word, just a coward escape. We were speechless. Not only this, the clever guys tried to cancel the booking on *********** so we couldn't have complained. Very low trick and very stupid as well, as we contacted booking directed and made a double complaint. Horrible place managed by very doubtful people from our experience. By the way ,the cockroaches seem to be a thing in the hotel,there is a picture from 2018 in the reviews of someone having the same esperience. maybe an attraction? Really not recommended.

En primer lugar decir que está todo reformado,he leido comentarios y visto fotos antiguas de como era antes ese hostal. Todo practicamente nuevo ya os digo,el precio bastante bien. Todo muy limpio,alejado algo de centro,pero en 10 minutos a pie estás tanto en la playa como en lo más céntrico de Tarifa,volveria a repetir sin dudarlo.
