Pague 96€ por una habitación que no estaba limpia. No habían limpiado la taza del wc y me encontré restos de otra persona , el suelo estaba sucio y dudo mucho que cambiaran sábanas y toallas.El fallo fue mío de no hacer fotos para poder demostrarlo. Me siento estafada. Pero aquí dejo mi opinión.

Everything was great, especially the bed. One of the most comfortable beds of all the hotels I have been to. The restaurant's food and service were very good, with a very decent offer to go to work and eat healthy.

There are no reliable schedules from the AVE train station to the city and little taxi service at that station, which causes multiple problems upon arrival. At the exit you can order a taxi and the hotel manages it very well but it costs 30 euros. The city council is responsible for the bus service, which is painful. As for municipal buses, from that area they are not punctual in their schedules either.
