"I’m not familiar with Tarragona city for the first time. I booked this hotel on Ctrip. It is about 3~4 kilometers away from the city and 500 meters away from the hotel. There are buses, either No. 6 or No. 54. You can get to the city from 5 to 8 stations, and the distance to the attractions is also very convenient. The hotel’s breakfast is delicious, the rooms are large, and the environment is really good. If you go in summer, the hotel also has a swimming pool. "Location: The hotel is located near the train station, but getting there requires climbing a steep hill. It’s puzzling why the hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle bus to the station. On the bright side, the hotel faces the sea, offering stunning views. There’s also a sightseeing mini-train right downstairs, which costs €8 per person. It takes you around some of Tarragona’s main attractions, but it doesn’t stop along the way, nor is there any guided commentary. Service: The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. They not only recommended excellent sightseeing routes but also some very delicious restaurants. Since we arrived early for check-in and our room wasn’t ready, they kindly offered us the option to use the gym facilities to change clothes if needed. Cleanness: Good. Facility: The mattress was terrible. Why do mattresses in Spanish local-brand hotels seem to always sag so much? Do they actually prefer that sinking feeling? Overall: Great value for money."

"So beautiful and peaceful place. First time in Tarragona. And we are so happy that we chose this hotel. Petfriendly. And our french bulldog got treats pack that was made by people with disabilities. Everything was super clean, and the service was outstanding. You can feel the attention to detail in every corner. Would definitely come back!"

"Our stay with Cavallers by Tarragona days was wonderful. My two boys (7 and 9), my wife and I loved the apartment which served us well. The location was perfect - right in the middle of the medieval city with the beautiful church, tons of restaurants and stores, and stunning small streets all just outside our door. Also, it is about a 20 minute walk to a fantastic beach with soft sand and small waves that we had a blast playing in. The management was capable, kind, and responsive. Moreover, I am traveling with my road bicycle and the large bag proved really challenging to fit in our rental car. Cavallers kindly allowed me to store the bag in their office while our family traveled elsewhere in Spain. Tarragona was a great city and I really how to go again in the future. Will definitely stay with Cavallers again! Thank you!"
