Exit the gate from the side door of the station. Turn right as soon as you exit the station. It will take 10 minutes to get there. 
It’s good that the hotel has hot water, because the weather is too cold.
Moreover, the hotel has a luggage storage service, so you can check everything in the morning and then go shopping in Zermatt. 
Overall, the hotel is 10 points clean and the location is 10 points good. It is very considerate to have hot water provided.

The hotel didn’t allow us to cancel or postpone our reservation so we had to forgo our booking of 3 nights

The front staff was very friendly. It’s literally across street from rail train so very conveniently located. The property had restaurant on site, we both tried the lamb filet and was very tasty. Easy ride to Zermatt by rail 15 min.

Perfect location if you want to go skiing in Zermatt but don't want the prices of a Zermatt hotel! right next to the train station which runs up to Zermatt about every 15 minutes!

Restaurant in this hotel is very good. Breakfast includes a lot of foods, and all of them are delicious. The location is also the best. It is the nearest to the station.
