"Excellent location as per description ie. right across the train station. 2 supermarkets nearby on the right and a Halal Restaurant on the left. Better than staying than in Zermatt itself as it is more ”peaceful” in Tasch. Train service between Tasch and Zermatt is so frequent and punctual, no need to worry. Hotel facilities meeting requirement. Breakfast spread on point. Although, I wished we had the a diff room on a different floor but I guess for upper floors, room configuration would be different."

"Write it carefully for the convenience of friends who come later. Tasch is the town closest to Zermatt and is our first stop in Switzerland. We changed our minds temporarily and drove to Tasch at night. The town is not big, there are not many choices, and it feels not cheap. This hotel has the best value for money. I was quite nervous when I booked it, but it is actually quite good. The room is not big but not small. There is a bathtub and the bathroom is also OK. It is very warm and comfortable. The breakfast is similar to that of a four-star hotel in Italy. It has everything you need (although it has everything, I really want to eat fried dough sticks). Water is provided in the house, and there is a kettle downstairs. In short, I think the value for money is very good, and the scenery of the town is very good. The price is cheaper than Zermatt. It is very close to the station. Many people stay here and take the train to Zermatt to ski, because the train is also very convenient! The photo is next to the hotel, very beautiful"

"Hotel Taescherhof is located right next to the train station. From Tasch Train Station, you can hop on a 12-minute shuttle train to Zermatt. The shuttle train operates every 20 minutes during day time and runs till at least 10pm. Our hotel room has a balcony facing the train track but there was minimum noise when the train passing by. The hotel is very clean and the room is way over 300 sq ft with a balcony. I enjoyed their breakfast and the 3-minute walk to board the train. We met 3 front desk staff and they were all friendly and spoke perfect English."
