From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms at Ramada Tashkent exude a sense of understated elegance, with modern furnishings and plush bedding that provide the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. There was not much of a view of the city skyline (as we were on level 2), but every detail was carefully curated to ensure a restful and rejuvenating experience. They even sent a complimentary fruits platter to the room as it was my mother’s birthday. Definitely will come back and stay again. We stayed for 3 nights in Ramada. The moment we checked in, there were no lights in the room. Called the receptionist, a maintenace guy was sent. He turned on few MCBs and it worked. Seems turning on MCB's while preparing a room for the guest is not in their checklist. AC was not working. We were informed that there is some issue which can not be repaired. Anyways, a upgrade was offered by the reception which we didnt take. After the initial hickup, other 2 days went smooth. Rooms are big and neat. Many eateries nearby.
