"There was no running water in my room this morning, so I had to move to another room just to take a shower. This caused a significant delay to my schedule and put me in a very difficult situation. Unfortunately, the staff did not respond promptly when assistance was needed. While everything was already in complete disarray, the only thing the staff seemed concerned about was collecting the tourist tax. In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. This experience reminded me how important proper staff training, professionalism, and customer service are in the hospitality industry."

"It's an 8 minute taxi ride from the airport, the breakfast is quite good but there's not enough fruit, the room is generally clean but there was someone's hair on the bed and something was slightly spilled. The towels are very good. There are large bottles of shampoo, shower gel and lotion. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water. WiFi is good. The room had one large bed. Overall I recommend it."

"Everything about the hotel was excellent. Clean, comfortable, the rooms are brand new, there's a pool (cold), and a good sauna. My complaint is about the reservation, or more specifically, the ability to change it. The initial reservation was for two nights, with check-in planned for the night. The flight was delayed by nine hours, which the airline notified us of three days in advance. Because of this, the first night's stay was unnecessary; we arrived at the hotel just in time for check-in on the second night. However, repeated attempts to change the hotel reservation dates were unsuccessful. Both Trip and the hotel refused. Upon check-in, the receptionist tried to sort this out and help resolve the issue. But the next day, the Trip app showed another refusal. I never saw the reason for the refusal. It's a shame that you have to deal with such situations while traveling. It's unpleasant."
