"Hotel Uzbekistan is a classic landmark hotel with a great location, and overall I had a pleasant stay. The room was exceptionally spacious, which was definitely one of the highlights and provided plenty of comfort during my visit. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, making showers very enjoyable. However, the shower faucet design was not very practical, and it leaked during use, which could use some maintenance. The biggest downside was the air conditioning. It wasn’t cold enough, even after I requested and was moved to another room. In the end, I had to sleep with the balcony door open to get some fresh air. Thankfully, the weather at night was very comfortable, and the cool breeze from outside was actually much better than the AC. Overall, the hotel offers large, comfortable rooms and a convenient location, but improving the air conditioning and fixing the shower fixtures would make the stay much more enjoyable."

"The hotel's facilities could use some improvement, but the location is excellent. The front desk service was fantastic, especially the curly-haired gentleman who patiently helped me buy and print my train tickets. I had heard before booking that the front desk staff here were very helpful, and on my first day, I met him and he assisted me with such a big favor – I'm incredibly grateful! I regret not asking his name, and I hope to thank him again if I get the chance to return. Friends traveling alone or visiting Tashkent for the first time should consider this hotel, plus booking through Ctrip offers pretty good value for money."

"It's an 8 minute taxi ride from the airport, the breakfast is quite good but there's not enough fruit, the room is generally clean but there was someone's hair on the bed and something was slightly spilled. The towels are very good. There are large bottles of shampoo, shower gel and lotion. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water. WiFi is good. The room had one large bed. Overall I recommend it."

"Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. I’d like to leave a review, both a thank you and a complaint. This is an important point that could help other vacationers, especially those who, like us, chose this place primarily for the pool! There's no information on the website about swimming times! (Specifically, that the pool is for women only, including those with children, from 10 PM to midnight). You understand that this is when a woman puts her children to bed, and children should already be sleeping at this hour? It's very late! And why do men get the pool all day, while women only get 2 hours and at such an inconvenient time? 😟 We only found this out after checking in and were extremely disappointed! Moreover, the water is very COLD, very cold! Yes, there is a hot sauna. But those are completely different things. A contrast. And not like other pools where the water is a comfortable temperature. We actually didn't use the pool because the services were provided in such a way that we couldn't use it. Please keep this in mind! ❗️ And it completely ruins the whole experience. We had planned to swim with the kids during the midday heat. But in the end, the water temperature was such that even the kids couldn't swim. Regarding the hotel itself, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude. ☺️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 May Allah reward you with good: for the polite staff, customer focus, service, and friendly employees 😊. The room's cleanliness. Amenities, comfort. We were happy and satisfied with the room. 👍 Excellent and varied breakfast, something for everyone's taste. 😋 Very good impression 🌟 the hotel's atmosphere is soulful and cozy. Staff are available 24/7. Interior 💜 Convenient hotel location, near a shopping center/market. Across the street, there’s a very delicious Uzbek cafe. A shop is within walking distance. Everything else was great. Except for the pool, which we were really counting on. In any case, I recommend you 👍"
