Since I am traveling to Turkmenistan via the land border, having a proper registration paper (with QR code) is mandatory. The hotel staff was very professional and provided me with the printed registration and a stamped invoice immediately. This gave me great peace of mind for my upcoming border crossing. I arrived late at night, and he greeted me with genuine care, offered tea, helped me settle in, and was always ready to assist with any questions throughout my stay. He’s a very responsive, polite, and pleasant young man. I wish there were more employees like him in the hospitality industry! I believe such employees are a true asset to the hotel, and I would very much like the management to acknowledge and reward his work. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "This hotel, run by a Chinese team, is incredibly attentive and makes you feel right at home. You can even add them on WeChat for concierge service (a big thank you to Li Xiao at the front desk!). There's a convenient ATM right in the lobby. The breakfast, with its beef noodles and pickled vegetables, perfectly satisfied my Chinese palate, and there were plenty of other local specialties too. The location is absolutely fantastic – quiet yet central. It's just a 5-minute taxi ride to explore Tashkent Park for night views, large shopping malls, the most unique museum (with the oldest Quran), architectural complexes, and the Green Bazaar. We were even able to get a late checkout until 2:30 PM, which we really appreciate!"

"The room facilities were poor, and the TV didn't work! There were no Chinese dishes for breakfast. The elderly man in his seventies asked for hot milk several times, but the waiter coldly refused. Is heating milk really that difficult? They didn't even bother with such a simple task. Chinese hotels are just undeserved reputations, and there's still a long way to go to improve their service quality."
