There is no air conditioning, there is no choice for breakfast, the room is old, the carpet is dirty, the toilet is broken and there is no water. I told the front desk several times but no repair was done. Finally, after strong negotiation, two maintenance men were sent in the middle of the night. The hotel did not say anything at all. There was a woman at the front desk who was very arrogant. It was a really bad experience and I don’t recommend her at all! The reputation of the Internet celebrity hotel is in vain!

I stayed here for one night. It was close to the station and a well-known hotel, so it was easy to access. The service was top-notch, and they were able to arrange taxis and store my luggage for me. Breakfast was a buffet, with a wide variety of items, which I enjoyed.
As it is an old hotel, the rooms were dark and some parts were poorly constructed, but there was plenty of hot water.

The facilities are not only shabby, I took cold showers for two days. The front desk said that the local hot water was cut off, and other hotels were the same. I don't know if it's true or not. The shower water was not only cold but also very small. The network was super slow, and I couldn't even send photos. There was a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. The toiletries were very poor. The breakfast was OK. In addition, the location was good, next to Timur Square, and there was a double-decker tourist bus at the door. There were no convenience stores around, only a coffee bar downstairs, which made it inconvenient to buy snacks. There was basically no sound insulation, but the locals were well-educated and not too noisy. The waiter's English was OK.
