Good location and cute place to stay.. cooking restriction is a minus and also reception is unavailable during certain time

Fantastic hot pools here, second time staying and it is always clean and tidy, warm and pleasant stay.

The shower was blocked was impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom, really was a bit small to accommodate 5 people. Room was clean and tidy and the reception tried their best to cater to a difficult person in our party

Very close to the lake, basically satisfied. The spa treatment is very interesting, just in your own room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It's a very warm experience, recommended to stay. I ordered Indian takeaway and it was super delicious. .

The room had its own private spa, a good facility but difficult to get in and out of as it is recessed. We didn't like the bedrooms being upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Otherwise it was comfortable.

The geothermal spa pool was lovely. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The location was ideal since we had our bicycles. Really nice and close to the lake front trail and nice easy parking in the back. The Hot Mineral bath was nice after a days ride.

Loved the space in our 2bdm Room really loved having a tv in the lounge & main bedroom. By far the mineral pool was a highlight all my boys and myself loved it thank you

Love the private mineral pools, the reason why we choose to stay here when in Taupo… so relaxing. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Also love the garden, very cute.

Beautiful property. Off street parking but a bit tricky to park as quite narrow. Lovely owner, spa nice and hot.

The upstairs floors were very very noisy and only a small heater for downstairs. Tha bathroom shower head needed a replacement but the facilities were spotless

The gentleman who runs this property is a lovely man. He is kind and helpful. Unfortunately the motel is very run down and did not look like the photos shown on the webpage. We found many things in disrepair in the unit including the oven/dishwasher but the one main concern was the safety of the hot water when showering.The water run’s suddenly extremely hot ( dangerously so) then cold within seconds.

Completely underwhelmed by this place. I will not be staying here again.
