They did not respect the do not disturb sign. They entered my room even though I requested they respect my personal belongings and privacy.

Gutes Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage und atemberaubender Aussicht. Allerdings benötigen die Zimmer eine Renovierung, da einige Möbel abgenutzt sind und die Dekoration etwas veraltet ist. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Buffet bot eine große Auswahl, und alles war frisch und von hoher Qualität. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders möchten wir die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hervorheben, die all unsere Anliegen schnell gelöst haben. Wir haben eine Massage bei Sonja gebucht, und es war eine der besten Massagen meines Lebens. Ihr Professionalismus und ihre Aufmerksamkeit fürs Detail haben uns sehr beeindruckt.

If you have a car your need to park 2km away, because the car park is very small, a lot buses inside and no place for walk with children! If you have children don’t come to this place, very dangerous and unfriendly people. All inclusive premium nothing special and they serve the same cocktails of regular all inclusive! 1 star hotel is the maximum!

We chose Mogan Princess because of its stunning location and the good reviews we had read. We were definitely not disappointed. Our room in Block 3 had the amazing views we wanted and really comfortable beds. Yes the room and bathroom were tired but those views far outweighed that. The food, we thought was very good with plenty of choice at every mealtime _ the only thing we could say is sometimes the food could have been a little hotter. We really didn't think we would enjoy the evening show every night but we popped in on day one and ended up going every night _ brilliant entertainment, well done to all involved. We walked down to the beach most days and used the courtesy bus back which was very welcome. The Beach Club was great for cold drinks to cool down. Overall , we had the most wonderful 11 days and will definitely come back again. Thank you to all the lovely, helpful staff, far too many to name _ you are all amazing!

Truly loved our stay. Staff were so helpful & friendly. The all inclusive was excellent we never had a bad experience with food there were plenty of choices. We will definitely go again .. the only downside was being put on fourth floor when we both have health issues, which meant there were massive no of steps to climb & lifts to use. I will say though the hotel didn’t know so I can’t blame them for that! We were even given a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary which truly made our day. Overall very impressed!!

La struttura si è rivelata un’ottima scoperta: l’hotel è in una buona posizione, con una bellissima vista del mare. Lo snack bar e il beach club sono perfetti, trovi tutto a qualsiasi ora dalle 8 alle 23.
Si può davvero dire che è in tutto e per tutto all inclusive, anche le consumazioni nella spiaggia vicino all’hotel.
I receptionist erano tutti cortesi e gentili.
Le camere venivano pulite accuratamente tutti i giorni.
Il giudizio è super positivo e l’hotel ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative! Lo consigliamo a tutti per trascorrere una vacanza di relax e spensieratezza!

Nos robaron en este hotel (presuntamente personal del hotel) La dirección del hotel mostró un total desinterés e indiferencia ante nuestras muestras de desesperación. Ahora lo que hacen es bloquearnos en todas las redes sociales y denunciar los comentarios en Google y TripAdvisor

Fantastic Hotel with lovely views of the Sea. Food excellent, so much choice. Brilliant entertainment every night and plenty going on during the day locater for all ages. Entertainment team work very hard. All staff in restaurant, bars, reception ad cleaners all friendly and helpful. The Hotel is at the top of a bank but there's a courtesy bus into Playa Taurito beach/centre and also to Porto Morgan. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back again as soon as I can.
