Stay here a night before flight next day back to KL. Surrounding is quite deserted so if alone just becareful. Front desk is friendly. Its a budget hotel so quite reasonably humble. Good for short stay prior flight the next day

The taxi driver was unwilling to take me there. As a result, I was cheated and spent more than 300 yuan (normally 30 MYR per person) to take a taxi from Semporna. Therefore, if you live in Semporna, it is recommended to book a car directly from Semporna to the airport.
