CLEAN AND FRIENDLY

This is a very nice hotel, clean, close to amenities, feel safe. The toilet is particularly clean, the deco is tastefully done up and of contemporary style. staff were always polite during my 6 nights stay. It felt like home away from home. Thanks.

The hotel is in a very good location, with Watsons on one side, a coffee shop on the other, and a food street opposite. The room is neat and clean, and the service is attentive and very polite! The boss also helped us arrange a pick-up and drop-off at the airport the next day. Must like 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room is a bit small and not close to the airport

The hotel is equipped with a parking space, but sometimes there is a sour smell in the corridor of the room, which is unpleasant. Fortunately the room was not affected.

On the way back from Semporna, we stayed one night in Tawau and took a look around this small town. The hotel is in a new commercial plaza, so it is very convenient to eat, drink and buy things. Opposite the building is the Old Street Restaurant and there is a Watsons next to it. The hotel is located in one of the commercial buildings, easy to find and not big in size. The sanitary conditions are good, the room is not small, and the bathroom is quite spacious.

We visited this hotel twice on our recent stay in Tawau. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and were extremely helpful with transport and local advice. The gentleman on the door always had a huge smile for us no matter the time of day or night! The rooms were reasonably priced, clean and had everything we needed. (Perhaps a couple of Sabah tea bags instead of the tea mix would have been nice.) This hotel is very close to banks, restaurants and has a great cafe next door called The Pantry which serves tasty food and great coffee! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it again on our future stays in Tawau.

We are here on work trip, checked in to Room 116 on 17 May 2024 for 2 nights. It is clean and spacious with minimal room amenities set up. The mattress is too hard for us. Wifi connection is poor to none near writing desk, thus i had to work by the bedside table bcos there is no plug point at the sofa table. There is no mini fridge to store our cold drinks or milk. Shower water pressure is good, bathroom is spacious. Hotel has nice interior decoratons , it is well located with restaurants , laundromat and convenience stores nearby. The hotel Cafe Pantry is just next door for good coffee and pastries !!! Receptionist & housekeeping staff are helpful and friendly. Overall a good stay !!
