Definitely not a 4-star hotel. There was a squashed cockroach on the bathroom wall, the towels were not prepared for 2 people, and the pictures of the breakfast have nothing to do with the reality. There was only about 20% of the food on the table. The pool was also very disappointing - very crowded, dirty, and cold. The locker-room was flooded the whole time, people there did not seem to mind it though. Overall, this was a pretty disappointing experience. There were other actual 4-star hotels that I could have stayed at for the same price, but unfortunately I wasted my money on this one. Would not recommend it to anyone.

At first, I did like the hotel for its simplicity even if they dont clean well our room. I booked here for 8 days Sept 7-14. We had two days of being away in Tbilisi then left some of our things in the room. We were shocked when we came back on Sept 13 and the receptionist told us that we checked out already and removed our stuff from the room which was impossible because our booking was up to 14. They gave our room to others and gave us a new room but unfortunately, after getting our stuff my new Timberland boots were missing and the Tommy Hilfiger coin purse of my friend with some money was missing also. So be careful in this hotel.

It was terrible experience: not hot water during two days, we couldn’t find the milk at the breakfast because the staff who gives the water and the milk arrives at 10:30 at the hotel and all drinks are locked we should wait the staff The breakfast starts at 09:00 They dont clean the rooms Many thinks that I dont remember Nina from the kitchen was very kind , best staff at the hotel

Çocuklarımızın turnuvası için gittiğimiz otelde gerçekten hüsran yaşadık. Otel odaları çok pisti, eskiydi,bakımsızdı. Çocuklarımızla aile odasında konakladık. Her iki odada da 1 adet perde eksikti. İlk günden itibaren kaldığımız 9. Günün sonuna kadar yapılmadı. Çocuklarımızın odasının kilidi bozuktu ve kapı itildiği zaman açılıyordu. Onunla ilgili de bir tamirat yapılmadı. Yalvar yakar odayı temizlettik onu da tam anlamıyla yapmadılar. 1 gün boyunca sıcak su akmadı. Tek güzel yanı resepsiyondaki kızların güleryüzüydü.

Actually there's no room service, everyone has to fight for one bottle of water, shampoo or body shover. Breakfast started at 9 and ends at 10. With the same rubbish cucumbers, tomatoes and the chipest sausages which ends @10:20. Above all, the person who's working there is very very unpleasant. Some reception especially David and Kate are very supportive and without them LMclub is not a hotel is like a real prison. We were two families with a extra bed for our children. The bed was broken and within 8 days they didn't do anything to fix it

Ok experience. Had a fire alarm in the hallway beeping low battery. Reception had difficulty understanding the annoyance during night and said it will be fixed the next day. All good in the end though, as I myself suggested a change of room and this was made possible
