"I recently stayed at Ibis Budget Tbilisi Center and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's prime location in the heart of Tbilisi made it easy to explore the city's attractions. The hotel offered outstanding value for money, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were also impressive. "Brilliant location. Had an early flight at 6am and this hotel is literally across the road from the airport so we walked to departures early morning. We stayed elsewhere, except for final night of holiday we booked this Ibis. The dogs and cows were noisier than the planes but slept well. Pricey drinks at bar, didn't have any food. Got a Bolt to Tbilisi old town for a meal and it cost £9. Good price for the distance. Hotel clean and room big enough for 3 adults."

"We initially stayed at another hotel that was a complete rip-off. The breakfast was awful and the place was tiny. We thought our stay in Tbilisi was going to be a nightmare, so we decided to forfeit what we'd paid for the week and go to another hotel. We chose this New Tbilisi, and thank God for it! From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with a bottle of wine, and they gave us another one when we left. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good, the service was excellent, and the room was perfect for three people. I thank them for saving our stay at this hotel because thanks to them, we were able to enjoy the city. What looked like it was going to be a disaster turned into a wonderful trip. "This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Georgia in terms of service. The staff were all very friendly and easy to communicate with. The 24-hour free coffee was a great bonus. They don't provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms; you have to get water from the dispenser in the common area, which I assume is for environmental reasons. The location is excellent, right next to Freedom Square in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The balcony room offered a nice view of the mountains and a church, which was a definite plus. However, due to its central location, the room was generally on the smaller side with limited space. In particular, the bathroom was right next to the bed and lacked noticeable ventilation, which was a minor downside to the experience. Overall, the location and service are its biggest strengths, while room comfort is about average."

"The hotel was on a quiet street, but just around the corner from shops and restaurants. Room was a huge size with a kitchen (full fridge, stove top, table chairs and sofa). Bed was comfortable. There was no lift/elevator but there was help from staff getting things up and down. Issues was the shower, that despite being enclosed, there was a huge puddle outside it everytime, no matter how much I tried to stop it. But the towels were changed everyday. I would like to have had time with no staff coming to clean, as I was told to go out for a bit while they cleaned. Breakfast was tailored to people, so you had to give a time to go down. On holidays you wake at odd times so I woke up hours before I said I was gping down but became too hungry to wait, not knowing what to expect. After that I didn't bother with breakfast and sorted my own food. I would say, overall, very good value for money."

"The location is very nice. You're just minutes away from shops and bakeries and restaurants. It's so convenient. And the people working there are nice. They have a washing machine and drying racks you can use. But I wouldn't stay here again. The heat is blasting and you can't adjust it. You could open the window but it's very very noisy and people often smoke right in front. I heard some kind of mob fighting and shouting, one drunk guy trying to talk another drunk guy out of going to Lebanon, Germans meticulously planning their night, and many cars driving by with loud music. The room is much smaller than in the photo and the toilet is both physically broken and needs to be jiggled to stop running. By local standards, it's a bit overpriced."
