Stunning apartment! The city and river views are captivating. Everything in the apartment is thoughtfully designed down to the last detail, making you feel right at home. The furniture and renovation are absolutely new and of the highest quality. I give it my highest recommendation. Karen is an ideal and hospitable host; any issues are resolved instantly. For my next visit to Tbilisi, I will definitely choose this apartment again. It's a smart home, and within walking distance, you'll find shops, cafes, pharmacies, and a wonderful restaurant. Excellent boutique hotel. Located in the very center of the old city, stylish, all new, very delicious and abundant breakfasts. Beautiful view from the window. Good room cleaning. Staff very responsive. Recommend!

Nicely located apartment, on the walking area with lots of cafes, 1 min to SPAR; good bed and pillows, sofa in the kitchen, all kitchen tools are available as well. Water is fine. Host is highly friendly and almost always available online, you could check-in/check-out through lockbox, thank you very much!

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, spacious, and everything in it is nice. The problem is that the location is like in a neighborhood, and there is no supermarket, restaurant, or any services nearby.

Overall it's all right, location is certainly so for yourself, but at this price it's all fine. Great owners

Отличные апартаменты. Есть все необходимое:кухня, кофе машина, стиральная и сушильная машина, балкон. Идеальное место в удобной локации. Очень приветливые хозяева и горничные! Всем рекомендую.

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets. The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating. Breakfast was VERY basic and limited for 4*. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view. The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and big. The linen is fresh and crisp. Very clean. Good luck and enjoy your trip!
