Homestays in Tbilisi

Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

This place is a must if you want to save money while still enjoying good service and clean suite. I and my friend stayed there for a week. We enjoyed Tamara and Georgi’s hospitality: they greeted us with homemade wine and offered assistance in finding our way around Tbilisi. Overall experience was pleasant. We also liked the location: it’s only 5 min walk to metro station and 7 min walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, an amazing piece of traditional Georgian architecture. Thank you, Tamara & Georgi!

A beautiful place! Very nice houses made under the old, but inside there are all necessary - dishes, cups, glasses. Soft bed, wonderful view from the window. In the bathroom soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, vatty sticks, fan. Very pleasant staff ready to help. The farm is fed by cows, horses. The territory itself is very well-fed, lots of photo places and just sit and relax. I believe that if there is a chance to rest a couple of days near Tbilisi, that is one of the best solutions! We had less than a day, I didn't have enough

The advantages include a good view from the windows, and an upper veranda where you can sit. The hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of a residential building. To go up, you need to enter the intercom code, then skin the elevator. The room is cleaned on request. There is a hair dryer. Soap and shampoo are firmly fixed, it is impossible to move. Disposable brushes are not provided, the towel is worn out, with holes. You can smoke only on the veranda, where the dining room is, although there is also a balcony on the floor where the rooms are, but it is supposedly only for the staff. Not all the staff are Russian-speaking. Breakfast is quite simple and monotonous. To get to the center, you need to take a taxi.

The hotel has a good location. The staff very friendly. I stay in a standard double room have 34. I indicated a wedding bed. The somier was married, but with 2 small beds, the top with which the beds should be attached, had the rubber broken and was very uncomfortable. Apart from what if it is very serious and disturbing my stay was, that in my room I go somebody after a few hours of staying.. in the mini bar missed a number of things. This hotel is indeed the cheapest in terms of cost performance. There is a Chinese restaurant and a hand-painted coffee shop next door, but the room has no windows. It is obviously several degrees hotter inside than outside. There are fire hazards. If you want to save money, choose this one.

Look at your own experience. Change to the Holiday Inn at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. Choose according to personal circumstances. I also don't want to transfer to holiday residence for the room fee at the back. Comparison before and after. It is still comfortable for the latter. The first time I came, I didn't know the market. Stayed and then transferred to a better place. With breakfast, the gap will be pulled out. There are almost 200 yuan for breakfast here. It is still a lot better for the holiday with breakfast.
