Homestays in Tbilisi

Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

This place is a must if you want to save money while still enjoying good service and clean suite. I and my friend stayed there for a week. We enjoyed Tamara and Georgi’s hospitality: they greeted us with homemade wine and offered assistance in finding our way around Tbilisi. Overall experience was pleasant. We also liked the location: it’s only 5 min walk to metro station and 7 min walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, an amazing piece of traditional Georgian architecture. Thank you, Tamara & Georgi!

Очень уютная гостиница с удобным расположением. Рядом находились все знаковые достопримечательности, до которых можно дойти пешком. Хотелось бы отметить, что хозяева очень гостеприимные и внимательные - всегда помогали. Большой и чистый номер 3, для компании из 3 подруг был идеальным Остались очень довольны нашим выбором! Pros: - the room is big, clean and well equiped - very comfortable mattress - the owners are friendly and helpful - there is a rooftop where you can see the whole city (it seems to be under construction) - breakfast is simple but had everything we need (just missed the Georgian Bread though) I have no cons, just some observations: - the hotel is in an steep area (I think is not easy for elderly people), but you can always use Bolt - 15 minutes walk from the begining of the central area - Wifi was very unstable on cellphones, but worked perfectly on my laptop. It is a very good place to stay in Tbilisi.

The hotel has a good location. The staff very friendly. I stay in a standard double room have 34. I indicated a wedding bed. The somier was married, but with 2 small beds, the top with which the beds should be attached, had the rubber broken and was very uncomfortable. Apart from what if it is very serious and disturbing my stay was, that in my room I go somebody after a few hours of staying.. in the mini bar missed a number of things. These are things that can improve to make the hotel is at the highest quality at price. Hello

這家酒店在半山腰，感覺還不錯的，前台會一點點英文，酒店比較老舊，類似於國內的旅館，但乾淨衞生，有電梯，很小的電梯，大概衹能坐兩三個人那種，感覺挺好玩的，房間中規中矩的，床墊質量一般，睡起來也就那樣，綜合來講，這家酒店還是不錯

This hotel is indeed the cheapest in terms of cost performance. There is a Chinese restaurant and a hand-painted coffee shop next door, but the room has no windows. It is obviously several degrees hotter inside than outside. There are fire hazards. If you want to save money, choose this one.

Look at your own experience. Change to the Holiday Inn at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. Choose according to personal circumstances. I also don't want to transfer to holiday residence for the room fee at the back. Comparison before and after. It is still comfortable for the latter. The first time I came, I didn't know the market. Stayed and then transferred to a better place. With breakfast, the gap will be pulled out. There are almost 200 yuan for breakfast here. It is still a lot better for the holiday with breakfast. The price is also worth it.
