Amazing
GGuest UserHotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish

TTheWorldwideScoopGreat hotel, well set up. They even let us check out later. They charge 50% of the room rate to check in esrly as our flight landed at 9am. The only downside was that dueing our first day at breakfast, we were there for an hour and most of the tables were left uncleaned up so there was no place to sit for new people. On our second day, it was so busy with a tour group of 50+ but when they left the staff turned the tables around quickly.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

FFeilieailuoLet's start with the positives. First, the hotel is right next to Freedom Square, behind a building, offering a quiet escape from the bustling city and no street noise. Second, the front desk is friendly and speaks fluent English, answering any questions. Third, check-in is fast, with no room inspections required. The common areas are spacious, and the hotel facilities are relatively new. The negatives: First, I booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the front desk said I'd been upgraded to a duplex. However, this meant I had to walk up and down stairs, making it inefficient and inconvenient. The bathroom in the bedroom requires access to the living room on the ground floor. Second, the first-floor bedroom is half-basement, while the second-floor bedroom is on the ground floor. Neither floor has any view from the windows, as there's a parking lot outside, making it impossible to open the curtains all day. It's quite depressing, and living alone in this apartment isn't worth it. For those who travel to see the people and the sights, the street-facing hotels on Freedom Square offer better value. Third, there's no washing machine in the room. The washing machine is located in the common area, and the price is 20 lari per day, which is overpriced. Breakfast seems to be 25 lari, which is also not cheap. Fourth, drinking water is only provided on the first day; it's provided for a fee regardless of the number of days you stay. Fifth, cleaning is minimal, just changing the trash bags. The beds weren't made, and the floor wasn't swept. Sixth, the window was probably made from two single beds pushed together, and the mattress was uncomfortable and too soft. I prefer a large, full mattress with a firm, springy feel. Seventh, the room layout wasn't very logical. While the overall area is quite large, the bathroom was incredibly small, with a single shower and a small toilet, making it difficult to even turn around in it. Half of the bathroom was downstairs, with a slope below, and the height was very low. Overall, while the service was friendly, the downsides were also quite noticeable. The room layout and floor plan were probably the biggest flaws.

GGuest UserI'd have been happy with thsi hotel if not the intoxicating petrolium or gasoline odor that intoxicated my lungs during my one night stay. When I complained to the Front Desk, they didn't even offer another room and I was told off that the furniture smells. I should have checked out to another hotel in retrospect instead of tolerating that toxic stink which was a health hazard for my lungs. I was too stupid and reckless against my own health. I sorely regret this booking.

GGuest UserIt was pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious. Reception attendant was v helpful. When warmer wasn't working and also for other small issues after check in. What we noticed is v less staff at reception and for cleaning. Breakfast was ok i would say v less items and sometimes burnt omlet. Also cooks are not professional.
