The experience of staying in this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced with no sense of service at all! Ctrip's responsibility after booking was entirely passed on to the agent. However, after the payment was made, the overseas agent did not get confirmation from the hotel at all, so the hotel made nonsense of the excuse of not checking out and not refunding the cancellation. Hotels in Georgia are not friendly to family trips. The rooms and beds are basically twin beds with a square meter of more than 20 square meters. I chose the Biltmore Hotel, the highest in the city, mainly because the room was very spacious and relatively new.
