The Tbilisi Marriott is an architectural landmark with a unique, circular design. But its century-old facade isn’t the only glimpse of the past on offer. This is a hotel with stories to tell. Step into the scene-stealing Great Room, the restored ceiling playing tribute to the hotel’s 1915 opening. Marble floors lead to the Parnas Cafe, where outdoor tables give front row seats onto Rustaveli Avenue. Enjoy in-house aged meats at Park Grill, or a nightcap at the Majestic Bar & Lounge. From deluxe to executive, junior to presidential, each of its 127 rooms and suites blends smooth modernity with Georgian style touches, for a truly boutique feel. Revitalise in the fitness centre. Relax in the Executive Lounge. Reconvene in the Ballroom. Or seek inspiration outside. The patio is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city, while terraces and French balconies give a unique vantage point on the city.

Beautiful hotel. The location is unbeatable. The breakfast and executive lounge are great.
Two questions:
First, there was a girl at the front desk who was very indifferent. We booked two executive rooms because our flight was very late and we wanted to check out later in one room. After asking about my flight time and whether I was a member, she refused to check out late.
Second, there is a large concave and convex mirror in the room facing the bed which makes it uncomfortable.
The Swissotel Tbilisi is in the heart of Tbilisi Old Town, meaning guests can walk into and around the city centre for attractions, parks and historical landmarks. The Parliament of Georgia and Tbilisi National Gallery are within walking distance, while three restaurants and bars, a rooftop terrace, Purovel spa and wellness centre and indoor swimming pool mean you can enjoy your stay whatever way suits you.

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the Old Town of Tbilisi. You can walk a few hundred meters to feel the old town style, and you can walk 100 meters to the sulfur baths. It is really convenient for travel; the room is large and the bedding is comfortable to sleep on. It's very comfortable, and the TV menu is in Chinese; the breakfast selection is good, and there's a restaurant bar on the rooftop, which is open until 2 o'clock. If you're tired, you can go upstairs for a drink. Considering the location, price and service, it is overall a good choice for traveling to Tbilisi.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi. We booked the premium king room, nice and warm, cosy for the winter nights in December. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. The rooms were super clean and room service was very fast.
Highly recommend to all.

I think there is a problem with the bathroom, the space between the shower and toilet is too small, I can barely fit. I am 1m90 tall. There are stains on the lamps, scratches on the doors. Very comfortable bed, lighting works very well. Toothbrushes and bathrobe were missing! Housekeeping should check rooms before guests. The swimming pool is very good, good installation! Very good breakfast. I would say that the standards of a 5 star hotel are not there, even at the level of the reception service remains very basic but nothing more, I expected better service anyway. The meal at the ATI was very good, but the waitress is very young and very kind and needs to learn more about F&B. The chef came to explain his dish to us, very professional.

This hotel have some issues the rooms are five star but the service and the food are definitely lacking a price point of over 100 dollars. The breakfast buffet food temperatures incorrect. When I got home the first day after my adventures at 6 p.m. my room wasn't cleaned. I was made really annoyed. Web down tell them to clean my room and waited in the lobby to do something that's already been done. .the hotels policy they say because of covid is not to clean your room! I've been on vacation for the last 45 days and this is the only hotel in three continents that hasn't cleaned my room on a daily basis. Also they have a pool but it looked so uninviting. There's no concierge and the staff don't know answers to basic questions about airlines or where to eat . This hotel is worth $75 a night maximum not over $100 a night. I always ask myself would I stay there again . The answer is no. It's hotel is not up to the service if it's price point period the rooms are very pretty though

The hotel is good, as is the price. It is located on a nice street, it is pleasing to the eye. Good reception and service (I needed medical assistance, they called an ambulance in a second). Not bad breakfasts. When I checked into the room (in the summer) it was very cold, what confused me was the central control of the air conditioner (you have to call and ask) and on the second day I asked to bring me a spoon and water to the room, I waited 2 hours, exactly two, in the end I used improvised means.

Brand new high quality hotel, giving everything to please its guests. Free parking under the hotel in probably one of the most comfortable parkings I have seen: off for a good start. The reception was impeccable, friendly and quick. We had a room at the back of the hotel so we had a very quiet night in the middle of this bustling city. The room not too large but very comfortable. The beds were heavenly. Breakfast was perfect, you could stay ten nights and still not have tasted everything served. Price quality wise this is a top hotel.

Travelled with family in April 2024 on a tour by Holiday Factory Budget hotel with budget services. Will not recommend this hotel if you are visiting Tbilisi. Cons - Hotel is located away from City center where you need to be when you visit Tbilisi. During peak hours it will take 45 mins to 1 hour to reach City Center where all the action is. - Situated in an odd neighbourhood where no proper restaurants are available. - Hotel has 2 wings one old and one new. We were placed in old wing where most of rooms were in bad condition. - Once again reception was cold, no smiles no welcome just check in as you have been booked. - Rooms are basic. Door handle clamps screws were missing which is very basic and door would not close so had to call the maintenance. - Room was quite hot. During enquiry was notified that AC for the full hotel was switched off. You can keep the window open for cold air. Sorry what was that ????? - Breakfast was mentioned 9 to 11 but found serving was on from 0800 am. Arrangements were a disaster. One counter for around 100 guests with everyone falling head over heels for food. - As we came late we had to wait for most dishes to be brought. Breakfast options were decent. - Hotel is 10 mins from hotel and it is frequented by holiday tour groups so busy all the time. Pros - Hotel is near to airport which is 10 mins away. If you plan to visit the city center where peace bridge, mother of georgia statue, sulphur baths and shopping is available stay near to the area as you will waste time moving to and from the hotel.

Good value for money, the double bed room is spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast doesn't have much but tastes good. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the city center and the check-in area. It can be reached on foot, but it is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle and is directly opposite the police station. However, the day tour charges at this hotel are relatively high, 50 to 100 lari more expensive than going directly to a travel agency. You can make a comparison before choosing.

GGuest UserHad 2 stays here, one for 2 nights, and after visiting Kutaisi we spent another night here. The location was great, with easy access to Metro and bus station (#337 heads directly to airport). Holy Trinity Cathedral was around 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and other scenic spots is also within walk distance. Also noticed the guidebook in the room which provides useful information about the attractions nereby. Staffs here are always professional and ready to help, especially Giorgi, Lika and Miriam (sorry if I got her name wrong) who gave us a warm welcome and supported us during our stay here. Feel like being at home and really made me and my parents enjoyed our stay at Tbilisi. Would love to come back in the future!
EExplorer08877398010This hotel is just up the street from the Parliament Building and National Museum. It is closer to old Town (& Gallery Mall) than Rooms and Stamba Hotels on Rustaveli. Being up the hill, it is very quiet. The staff was terrific-helpful & knowledgeable, everyone at the front desk. The gym is solid. I did not use the pool & sauna, but they are there. I had lunch in the restaurant my first day, a good pasta. The restaurant has a nice outdoors area that sprays mist during hot days. The breakfast was solid, not great. Pastries were ok, & fruit was limited. I never looked at the menu (more dishes, probably inc eggs) but just went with the buffet. The room is large. AC is good. Shower is big, but it took a long time to get hot water & then a challenge to settle with comfortably warm water. A very good choice. I’d rate it similar to Rooms Hotel in price & service, though the lobby here is more functional than impressive. Oh, yes-WiFi here is solid.
RRelax31107131389I stayed 2 nights at this hotel as part of an Intrepid trip to Caucasus, therefore I did not choose this property myself. I had a really great room with a balcony - actually massive, with a huge bathroom and slept really well. Whilst there I also put quite a lot of laundry in on the 4-hour turnaround service, which although wasn't the cheapest, was worth it as we were tight on time - everything was returned perfectly to me. My only complaint about the room is that the location is on a busy main road on the edge of the centre, and therefore the balcony faced onto it, and was v noisy, so much so that I didn't hear my friend knocking on my door due to the traffic noise! Breakfast was a good spread and I enjoyed the bar area for quiet drinks in the evening - overall - recommended!
GGuest UserI only have positive things to say about this hotel. I stay in 2-3 hotels a month. So I appreciate friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk staff that greeted me, Salome and Tamar, were great. They were friendly, nice, warm and positive the whole time I was waiting on my room to be prepared. They went above and beyond what was necessary. The room is simple, which I prefer. It didn’t have that leftover smokey feel that some of the hotels I’ve stayed in Tbilisi have had. You can order room service, but since you are near good restaurants, I’d recommend that instead to experience the local food. You are also a quick taxi to anything for really cheap.
MMalisaStayed here for 1 night before our flight return and it was a nice hotel with a green garden area around the property. Hotel staff seemed very busy with their own conversations among themselves in the restaurants when we tried to order coffee. The female staff at the reception was not able to recommend any areas nearby however during our check-out we were very pleased with the male staff who was able to recommend me and my friend a local restaurant nearby and more places in the city near by.
CCoastal59070219092We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!
MMichelle zhHotels in Georgia are not friendly to family trips. The rooms and beds are basically twin beds with a square meter of more than 20 square meters. I chose the Biltmore Hotel, the highest in the city, mainly because the room was very spacious and relatively new. The bed was 1.2 meters, and I even took the initiative to provide an extra bed in advance. 360-degree view around the city, facing the river, on the opposite side is the TV tower and Ferris wheel, on the other side you can see the old town of Tbilisi, various monasteries, the Church of the Three Holy Ones, the mother's fortress, the sculpture of the Mother of Georgia, the Peace Bridge, Liberty Square, the National Museum, etc. are all visible to the naked eye and within walking distance. The most satisfying meal every day is the breakfast buffet. The various fried hams and pastries cured my cold stomach.
MMalisaFirst nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.
GGuest UserA very presentable hotel in visual terms. Unfortunately, this is the case when the lack of service and virtue is damaging absolutely everything. It was in many countries with hotels of this concept, it is a completely different level. Not benign, not hospitality. There is no flexibility to customers. On the occasion we booked a tour company, next time we will definitely do it ourselves, and in a more soulful place. If the hotel claims to be a high-class hotel, there is a huge work to do with management, people and service. It is a pity that the project is expensive.
GGuest UserThe location is a little far from the center of Tbilisi, took 17 mins to get there. If you are a tourist you have to take taxi. But there also some places nearby where you can walk around. Its quiet coz its away from the crowd(which is good). The room is ok. They give replenishments everytime we asked to clean the room. But there are some stains in the towels. Staffs were helpful.
