Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel sits in the building of the former Institute of History and Ethnography, erected between 1929 and 1930 and absorbing a variety of stylistic features of disparate eras. The Tbilisi Concert Hall (sometimes called Philharmonic Hall) is located just opposite the street, and the city's main Shota Rustaveli Avenue with charming cafes, restaurants, and eclectic shops, is within a few minutes' walk.

I strogly recommend his hotel.
Amazing hotel in all criterias as it can be. Very fresh, clean and comfy amenities, spectacular place in a heart of a city, but quiet enough.
Amazing and extra helpful staff. Atention to costumer is maximum. They even remember what I eat or drink and each morning waiting you with that.
I would say that this hotel changed my opinion that hotels are no longer trying for customers. the Philharmonic Tbilisi Hotel perfectly denied that opinion.
I will definetely back to this hotel again.
Overlooking the Mtkvari River, our hotel is close to Tbilisi’s top attractions, historic sites, and entertainment. We’re less than three kilometers from Narikala Fortress, Sulfur Baths, and Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. Theaters, museums, and shops are within easy reach, as well as city’s natural wonders, including the Leghvtakhevi Waterfall and National Botanic Garden.

I’m writing this review while I’m still at the hotel. This brand-new Garden Inn of the Hilton portfolio has blown me away! Right from the time of check-in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Ana and Oto were at the check in desk at my later arrival and they completed check in formalities efficiently and smoothly while briefing me about the hotel and the things to do around. Both were so gracious and warm! In line with Hilton Diamond member benefits, I was offered an upgrade to an absolutely fantastic room on a higher floor, which had a balcony as large as the room. The views of the mountains, river, and the old city from the balcony are so mesmerizing! I would often run into Sophiya during my stay, who would always check on my well being and keep offering useful travel suggestions and tips! Breakfast offerings were limited yet wholesome and very enjoyable. Having some more variety would be a good touch. However, the food display and service at the restaurant was very good. Lastly, a special shout-out to Mariam at the front desk, who was again very helpful and warm and briefed me further on this brand new property. Thanks Mariam, for your help, and for being wonderful and offering a late check out! In my opinion, this Garden Inn property is way better than even some of the full-service Hilton properties I have stayed in! I’m super impressed and will definitely be staying here again!
The Ambassadori Tbilisi Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Ambassadori Tbilisi Hotel offers a pleasant stay in Tbilisi for those traveling for business or leisure. With Tbilisi Railway Station just 2km away and Tbilisi International Airport only 17km away, transportation is very convenient. With Narikala Castle, Aerial Tramway and Orbeliani Square all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. Guests of this Tbilisi hotel can make use of the parking facilities.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi. We booked the premium king room, nice and warm, cosy for the winter nights in December. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. The rooms were super clean and room service was very fast.
Highly recommend to all.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

Very good, very quiet, the hotel's breakfast and service are quite good, there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children can play in the water very well, children are required to wear swimming rings outdoors.
The Tbilisi Marriott is an architectural landmark with a unique, circular design. But its century-old facade isn’t the only glimpse of the past on offer. This is a hotel with stories to tell. Step into the scene-stealing Great Room, the restored ceiling playing tribute to the hotel’s 1915 opening. Marble floors lead to the Parnas Cafe, where outdoor tables give front row seats onto Rustaveli Avenue. Enjoy in-house aged meats at Park Grill, or a nightcap at the Majestic Bar & Lounge. From deluxe to executive, junior to presidential, each of its 127 rooms and suites blends smooth modernity with Georgian style touches, for a truly boutique feel. Revitalise in the fitness centre. Relax in the Executive Lounge. Reconvene in the Ballroom. Or seek inspiration outside. The patio is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city, while terraces and French balconies give a unique vantage point on the city.
GGuest User2024.01.03
The hotel we stayed at on New Year's Eve night was very convenient. The entire street downstairs was the main New Year's Eve area. But the room service is really hard to describe. I booked an executive room anyway, but it looked very small. I even checked with the hotel to see if it was wrong. There was no toothbrush, only a pair of slippers, and the mini bar was locked. I was only given one quilt. If I wanted another quilt, I had to call twice and it took several hours for it to be delivered. The most disgusting thing is that the mini bar is locked and there is a problem with the water boiler. I made two calls and waited all night but no water was delivered. I almost went to drink tap water because I was in a hurry to take medicine. It feels very bad. The front desk is pretty good, there are a few young people who are very enthusiastic and chatty, but the customer service is really terrible.

The room is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is the most delicious breakfast I have ever eaten. But what most touch me is that the hotel staff Giorgi Achoiani helped me a lot. I wanna go to Kazbegi. He told me how to get to the metro station. And when I arrived at this place. He told me how to move to the Dedube. Then I can take the mini bus and pay around 40 to my destination. Then he gave a metro station card to me. When I want to pay, he said it's free, you can get it. And he told me every Georgian is enthusiastic and warm. I'm touched. He's such a good man. Next time if I or my friend go to Georgia. I'll told them please find Brosse Garden. There are clean rooms, good servicea, delicious food and Giorgi Achoiani. If you need for help, you can ask for him.

Brand new high quality hotel, giving everything to please its guests. Free parking under the hotel in probably one of the most comfortable parkings I have seen: off for a good start. The reception was impeccable, friendly and quick. We had a room at the back of the hotel so we had a very quiet night in the middle of this bustling city. The room not too large but very comfortable. The beds were heavenly. Breakfast was perfect, you could stay ten nights and still not have tasted everything served. Price quality wise this is a top hotel.

MMolchanovOne of the best Hotel I ever stayed in!
I came before the checkin, as I have very long sleepless flight. They feed me (for free) and checked me in even before 2 p.m.
Polite and helpful personnel. They give me all the directions I wanted.
Very clean and cozy room. With incredible bed (that could be because of my sleep deprivation), I slept like a log (very comfortable log) ;)
It situated just next to the Fortress. And other places of interest (Kura set, ancient Georgian churches).
All in all, highly recommend! Disregard the price - it worth every penny.
Excellent location right by the old town and within walking distance of everything. We got a lovely room with a sea private balcony which was well appointed. Breakfast doesn't start until 0830 which was a bit late for us but the quality and standard was very high. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and sauna are a nice bonus. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
GGuest UserAn excellent hotel that is well run though the older couple do not speak English we got everything we needed. I think the son we met when checking out spoke good English.
A bit of a walk to the main touristie areas but doable. Plenty of shops nearby to but groceries but short on Cafe style food & coffee etc.
I read a bad report when booking & nearly did not book this hotel. Not sure why such a bad review. We would definately stay here again if we ever visit Tbilisi again.
Great roo mm with a big balcony looking towards a mountain.
For us 9.5/10
GGuest UserExcellent hotel! Beautiful location, most of the sights in pedestrian accessibility (if you like to walk). We used a taxi only once and to save the strength for a walk. The rooms are clean, clean every day, change towels, there is a capsule coffee machine (capsules and water is given). There are many restaurants, shops, you can buy souvenirs. In the heart of the old city, and there is your atmosphere! The staff speaks Russian very well, friendly. Breakfasts are delicious. We had a bathroom room in the room and on the other side there was a TV, it turned out to be cool! The view from the terrace is chic (we were on the 3rd floor). Of the downsides: It is a pity that there is no lunch and dinner, the possibility of ordering food in the room (though there would be a minimum choice), and sometimes you don't want to go to the cafes, especially with such a chic terrace!
GGuest UserPlanning to stay for a few days in Tbilisi, we chose this hotel. Booked two rooms. Our flight arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning, but despite this, the manager and local cats were waiting for us at the hotel. We were offered rooms to choose from. Most of all I liked the rooms on the 3rd floor, they are more spacious and lighter. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator and a small wooden staircase leads to the third floor. Don't expect much from the window, everything around is quite densely built up. The hotel is in a quiet side street but very close to many attractions and cafes. The guys have a cozy outdoor veranda, apparently in the summer there are breakfasts. The rooms did not have a refrigerator, TV, kettle (if it is important for someone), but we did not need it. By the way, tea could be drunk at any time in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, slippers were a plus. There is hot water, no problem. It was very warm in the room and we opened the window, otherwise stuffy. For cleaning, you need to hang a sign asking you to clean up. Breakfast: delicious, home-style, the table was set for our arrival. There were pancakes, two salads, toast, yogurt, cheese, jams, juice, tea, coffee, apples, sweets. Wifi is good.
Very nice contemporary hotel, about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Tbilisi. Quieter location than in the centre of town. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and marked. (They said the carpets will be changed in a months time, hope so...), badly needed for this quality of hotel. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets soaking...... The hotel, is in general due for renovation. Apart from the shower and stained carpets a very comfortable stay.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel! Very delicious breakfasts. Beautiful views from room and public zones. Staff knows answers to any questions. For me the hotel was in a very convenient place, came on work issues. By the way, there is a good conference room for business events in the hotel. I highly recommend it.
GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and bright, relatively neat and clean. There is a small swimming pool on the 15th floor, but it's a pity that I didn't bring swimming trunks. The front desk staff was very nice and borrowed charging adapters for free. When I left, the front desk told me to let me stay at their hotel again.
GGuest UserThe price/performance ratio is not bad, clean, the room is a bit small, it is recommended, but the invoice cannot be stamped. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
