"This is a decent hotel in a quiet area, relatively new with a good quality renovation. The deluxe room on the 6th floor has a large open balcony with a beautiful view. However, the carpet in the room really needs a good cleaning. It feels like it's only swept and not washed, as it's full of stains from wine, coffee, and other things, plus hair. The hotel's main drawback is its unhelpful staff."
