"The hotel is nicely situated right in front of a small park and within a short walking distance of Fabrika. Upon arrival, the concierge was very kind and welcoming. The room was huge and very clean. The walls and floors were somewhat thin, so it did get a little noisy sometimes. Breakfast was wonderful (they provide you a form when you arrive and let you choose preferred breakfast items). I'm looking forward to staying here again when I return :)"

Amazing
GGuest UserWe were a bit unlucky with our stay because there were protests around the parliament (right next door) at that time. So last night was pretty sleepless for us. If the room had been well insulated it wouldn't have been a problem at all, but obviously it isn't. I know that hotel can't necessarily do anything about it and I also understand the people who are currently fighting for their rights and freedom. I would have been happy if we had been made aware of the upcoming protests and perhaps offered us another room from the staff. A combination of unfortunate circumstances. Therefore a positive rating anyway, in the hope that we would have better luck next time. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.
MMOHAMMED ALJAAFARIWe had a wonderful stay at Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Tbilisi Concert Hall and within easy reach of the city center, restaurants, and attractions. It’s both convenient and quiet.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. Everything felt well-maintained and stylish, reflecting the Mercure brand quality.
The staff truly stood out: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Breakfast was varied and fresh, offering both local and international options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays.
I would definitely recommend Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic and would happily stay here again.
TTonkarnFantastic in overall. Just 10 mins walk to the city center. Hotel has its own parking lot, but you may have to leave the key with the front desk. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The price is reasonable. Even the economy room was big enough to accomodate 2 adult and 1 child. The view inside the room has the broad view of city. Strongly Recommended. The famous thermal bath was on walkable distance from the hotel.
AAnonymous UserEverything was wonderful. The room is so comfy with a nice river view. Meanwhile, the staff is so helpful and friendly, especially the front desk Nini. 😊
NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.
MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)
YYobaobaoThis is a very unique hotel. The staircase public area has a bit of a nightclub vibe, which is very unique. The room was a little small, and the suitcases couldn't be fully opened, but the service was very good.
