"The hotel was clean. However, our room was a family room, and they had opened up a sofa bed for our daughter. The leg of the sofa wasn't fully extended, and when my daughter sat on the edge, the metal part of the sofa fell onto her ankle. Thankfully, it only caused a bruise. Please be very careful. The hotel staff came and attended to it, but it was a significant oversight. We got off lightly. The hotel's breakfast area is definitely inadequate; everyone is packed in, and you can't find a place to sit. There are long queues, and plates and cups constantly run out. Of course, since it was Eid al-Adha, there was a very high volume of tourists. There are no phones in the rooms. If you need to call reception, there's only one phone by the elevator. There's no water in the room either; they've put a water dispenser next to the elevator for water. What's different is that the toilets have bidets."

"We stayed during the May holidays. The hotel is centrally located, which was very convenient for getting everywhere. The room wasn't large, but the plumbing was good. Our room didn't have a balcony and faced the street, so it was noisy at night. The breakfasts were good; the only downside is they start at 8:00 AM, so if you have an early excursion, you might miss out. Overall, the hotel is worth the money!"

"Pros: The room was reasonably clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the river view room had a balcony.
Cons: The balcony was a combined one. Picture 1 shows my room's balcony, and Picture 2 shows the one next door, which was twice the size of mine. I don't understand the design or the reason for this differential treatment.
Secondly, the listing mentioned free laundry service, but upon arrival, the front desk said they didn't offer it. I specifically came here for the laundry service, so I have to ask, how do you define a 'four-diamond' upscale hotel? Customer service was even funnier; their initial solution was to help me communicate with the hotel to get a free cancellation. So, the platform, without losing a single penny, is perfectly fine with me being stranded on the streets in a foreign country? What a great solution!?"

"Excellent hotel! I really loved the location on one of the most beautiful streets in the city. The red hop-on/hop-off city bus, complete with an audio guide, stops near the hotel. There are currency exchange offices, all sorts of shops, cafes, restaurants, and even shawarma spots nearby if you want a quick bite. On our first day, we walked to Freedom Square using Maps.me. We crossed the famous bridge, passed through a flea market and a park, and walking at a leisurely pace with my mom, we reached the city center in about 35 minutes. We were very pleased with the service at the hotel; our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is served on the 10th floor with beautiful city views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast spread was varied and tasty. The staff were very friendly. By the way, they let us check in before 3 PM since our room was ready, no questions asked. We were so happy about that after a long journey and a sleepless night.
I had read reviews about evening noise outside the windows. We experienced it too, but only once during our stay. And honestly, if we had closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning, we wouldn't have heard it. But we left everything open. Overall, though, it didn't affect our general impression. "Thank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel. We stayed for a week and had requested a room with a view in advance because it was my birthday. The view was splendid, and the hotel was cozy. Breakfasts were magnificent. Housekeeping was daily. We asked for extra pillows, and the staff brought them right away. I even received a complimentary gift from the hotel for my birthday. The only minor issue was that some water splashes out of the shower onto the floor due to the partition, but it's not a big deal. "Все в целом отлично: чисто, удобно, приятная атмосфера, персонал и условия проживания оставили хорошее впечатление.
Единственный существенный минус — периодически чувствуется запах канализации. Также зона курения на балконах расположена неудачно: запах тянет прямо в хостел и иногда даже в комнату, что заметно портит комфорт.
Если не учитывать этот момент, то место действительно хорошее и в остальном все понравилось."

IIgal NessI had an incredible stay at Shota@Rustaveli Boutique Hotel as a solo traveler blending work and leisure. The location is perfect—centrally situated in Tbilisi, just a short walk from the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Georgian National Museum, making it ideal for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable desk that was perfect for getting work done. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

MMOHAMMED ALJAAFARIWe had a wonderful stay at Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Tbilisi Concert Hall and within easy reach of the city center, restaurants, and attractions. It’s both convenient and quiet.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. Everything felt well-maintained and stylish, reflecting the Mercure brand quality.
The staff truly stood out: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Breakfast was varied and fresh, offering both local and international options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays.
I would definitely recommend Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic and would happily stay here again.

The bathrooms cleanliness and shower was amazing and very good quality. The staff were very nice and all spoke English, giving us a comfortable and pleasant experience at the Hilton Hotel.

GGuest UserThis is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

GGuest UserI had a really great stay at this capsule hotel. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The capsule itself was cozy and gave enough privacy to rest properly. The staff were also very friendly and helpful during my stay.
The location is convenient and easy to access, especially for travelers. I also liked the atmosphere because it felt calm and safe. Everything I needed was provided, and the facilities were maintained very well.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tbilisi.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable …
The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not.
The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available.
Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh.
I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient.
1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay.
I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay.
2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night):
At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space.
Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early.
3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful):
In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.”
This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake.
Conclusion:
This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay.
I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
