According to it's price their services are excellent. In addition, breakfast is good and compete. The location of the hotel is excellent because you have fast access to all seeing spots and restaurants.

客室は、快適に過ごせる広さ、寝具、冷蔵庫等などを兼ね備えており、多くの部屋にバルコニーも付いています。さらに１階のロビーだけでなく、６階には飲食可能な共用スペースがあります。屋外と屋内どちらも有り天候に依らず市内の素敵な景色が楽しめます。(立地良、朝食付き５泊６日で、895₾ = ５万円位) さらにフロントのスタッフ３人が優しくかつフレンドリーに接してくれます。加えて、様々な質問やリクエストにも答えてくれたため、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 Thank you for: George-san was a very very kind guide me. Leon-san responded to my requests even busy. Giorgi-san talked with me about Georgia and Japan. All of these are my wonderful memory.

First of all I would like to thank all the people who worked in this lovely hotel mike, Khalid, salomi and sorry to forget the Indian guy for their helping and supporting us, the hotel is very clean and the people are kind with smiley face and helpful the break fast was verity and delicious We asked to change the room they tried their best and yes they did by the next day thank you salomi and all the beautiful stuff sure I’ll choose this hotel for my next trip especially its close to the center of Tbilisi.

“Where do I start, I was so pleased with the staff hospitality and clean hotel rooms , just wanted to say thank you. The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short of “Service Excellence” The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive to every detail and very professional. Overall the stay went great and everyone’s palette during limited continental breakfast was satisfied with the AMAZING food. A hotel that is highly not recommended, marked 4 stars, is exactly the same as the New Year's Express Hotel, we stayed for about two weeks, house keeping often forgets your room, the whole hotel is very unfriendly!
