We loved the hotel. The bedding was crisp, the bathroom fixtures were polished to a shine. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The location was excellent. It was five minutes from the city center, yet very quiet, without the hum of traffic.

Guest UserThe location is super convenient, with lots of cafes on the neighboring streets. The hotel itself is clean and new, and it even has a kitchen. We didn't use it, though, because we enjoyed eating out at the cafes.

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator.
Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

Guest UserThe hotel is cozy with a beautiful interior. I arrived at 2:20 PM and had to wait 40 minutes to check in.
The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. There was no shower gel, so after my journey, I had to call reception to get my basic amenities sorted. Later, I found out my neighbors had the same issue. They brought it up quickly.
What I didn't like was that I couldn't get a proper night's sleep for all three days! My room was on the second floor. I couldn't fall asleep properly because I could hear people talking outside and cars passing by. It was really annoying. There seems to be a serious problem with the soundproofing. When I moved to another hotel, this flaw became even more apparent by contrast! After all, if you wake up well-rested, you feel energized and can truly enjoy your vacation.
I really liked the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters speak both Russian and English. The service and food are 10/10; you absolutely must try the Napoleon cake.
I also visited the gym. All the equipment is working. It's cozy and has a beautiful interior.
Overall, the main drawbacks are the noise and the room amenities.

Guest UserAfter spending a few days exploring Tbilisi, I booked two nights at this hotel to relax before heading back home. I didn't really go out much, just stayed in the hotel's cafe, enjoying the beautiful view opposite. It was incredibly comfortable. The location is also excellent; it's about a 20-minute walk to the city center along the river, and a taxi back takes only a few minutes.

Breakfast wasn't great, the location was a bit out of the way, but it's suitable for those driving. The prices were cheap, making it a good option for your last day at the airport.

Clean and stylish room, excellent breakfast, responsive Russian-speaking staff who immediately offered to find a way out of the force major situation we got into. To the Freedom Square 10 minutes walk; but it is worth noting that the hotel is located on the mountain, on the road to the hotel in a couple of places quite a steep rise.

Igor_102025The hotel is located in the old city, relatively close to the center. I had to choose it in a hurry because upon arrival in Tbilisi, the hotel I had previously booked canceled my paid reservation.
The location is decent; Rustaveli Avenue is about a 10-minute walk away.
The reception staff were fine, quite friendly.
My room, unfortunately, did not live up to four stars. The walls were scuffed in places, as shown in the photos. Of course, this is partly due to guests, but the hotel should also check the condition after guests check out.
The air conditioning system, despite being a well-known brand, didn't seem to work at all. The display responded, and the temperature numbers could be set, but there was no cool air whatsoever.
Bottled water, tea bags, coffee, and sugar, which have long been standard amenities, were missing.
Breakfast was buffet-style, but the selection was more like a cafeteria. There was no toaster or toast bread. However, the food itself was quite edible.
In-room internet was extremely weak; I had to stand by the door to get a signal. Thankfully, I had my own mobile internet.
Overall, the impression was favorable, but for the hotel to live up to its claimed four-star rating, it needs to significantly improve many things.

Guest UserI traveled to Tbilisi solo and stayed at Point Hotel — and I can honestly say it was the perfect place for a solo traveler! ❤️
From the very first moment, I felt comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, warm, and incredibly kind people. They are always ready to help, give great recommendations, and make sure you have everything you need. Thanks to them, you feel less like a hotel guest and more like you’re staying with good friends. 🥰
I especially loved the warm, family-like atmosphere. When you’re traveling alone, this kind of hospitality means so much.
And the location is simply amazing! 🔥 It’s right in the heart of Tbilisi, with beautiful streets, attractions, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city and enjoying its atmosphere.
A huge thank you to the hosts for their incredible hospitality, care, and warmth! I would absolutely recommend Point Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, especially solo travelers and with family. You truly feel safe, comfortable, and at home here. ❤️
10/10! If I come back to Tbilisi, I’ll definitely stay here again.🫂
