Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

The hotel is cozy with a beautiful interior. I arrived at 2:20 PM and had to wait 40 minutes to check in. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. There was no shower gel, so after my journey, I had to call reception to get my basic amenities sorted. Later, I found out my neighbors had the same issue. They brought it up quickly. What I didn't like was that I couldn't get a proper night's sleep for all three days! My room was on the second floor. I couldn't fall asleep properly because I could hear people talking outside and cars passing by. It was really annoying. There seems to be a serious problem with the soundproofing. When I moved to another hotel, this flaw became even more apparent by contrast! After all, if you wake up well-rested, you feel energized and can truly enjoy your vacation. I really liked the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters speak both Russian and English. The service and food are 10/10; you absolutely must try the Napoleon cake. I also visited the gym. All the equipment is working. It's cozy and has a beautiful interior. Overall, the main drawbacks are the noise and the room amenities.

The Caucasian receptionist checked us in super quickly! Her English was excellent! The front desk offered complimentary lemonade and apples. The rooms were a bit interesting; some rooms required dragging your suitcase down a few stairs after the elevator reached that floor! The room design was fairly standard. The hotel has a lobby bar and a restaurant open to the public on the first floor. The guest room building has a U-shaped layout, lacking any real depth. We were traveling overnight and had a flight departing the next day, so we didn't have much time to explore!

Ооооооочень крутой отель, курорт. Прекрасные домики, чудесное расположение. Шикарнейшая природа и виды. Превосходная кухня.

Очень хороший и недорогой отель, всё просто супер! Завтрак просто великолепный, очень вкусный. Номера чистые, современные, полотенца меняли каждый день, раз в 3 дня постель. Классная веранда, вечером очень красивый вид на город, можно посидеть за столиками кто с чем хочет. Персонал очень приветлив, русскоговорящий. Трансфер в аэропорт заказывали через них, на 5 человек минивэн за 30 обошёлся. Всем рекомендую этот отель

The room I got was small and dark, but I only needed it for a night before my train to Batumi – for that purpose, this hotel is excellent, as the train station is a 5-minute walk away. I wouldn't stay here longer. The mattress was comfortable, and the bedding was good. The only downside (which could be a plus for some) is that it's next to the Deserter's Market. There might have been some loading/unloading going on at midnight, or perhaps something was being unloaded right next to the hotel, so I couldn't fall asleep immediately – such work is very audible (something was constantly clanking until about 2 AM). There's a currency exchange and a 24-hour Spar supermarket nearby. The room also has a kettle.

Great hotel, big cozy room, new plumbing, beautiful location in the historic center of the old city. There is a kitchen with everything necessary and dining room. Very attentive host. We have a great rest. I recommend this hotel

The hotel is good for its price, friendly administrator, spacious room. Of the minuses, there were noisy neighbors, and the hair dryer did not work. We decided not to go to breakfast.

Didn't check in because I cancelled my trip to Tbilisi. It was no longer possible to cancel the reservation.
