The hotel has convenient parking and is a few minutes' walk from the Tbilisi Underground Printing Office. The room is next to the road and railway, so it is noisy at night.

Nice and cosy hotel. We stayed for two nights in deluxe double room with balcony. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, free parking available. The location of the hotel is very good, 5-7 minutes to the center, also there is bus station near.

On arrival, the room was not prepared, no towels, no toilet paper, no warm water, the curtain was half down!!! COULD change rooms (5:00 a.m.) Room cleaning was carried out upon request. Friendly and helpful staff.

The only downside was for a first time visitor. Maybe 1/2 hour walk to old town. I found it a bit far from the things tourists come to see. Eveything else was great though

Drove into Tbilisi from Batumi (long drive!) and was happy to check in here. There was parking right in front of the hotel. Check in was quick. One negative is that we were on the top floor and there was no lift. Room was super clean. Shower was hot. Bed was supposed to be a double but was larger. Everything was functional in the room. Due to COVID a takeout breakfast was delivered in the morning-it was nice and a large portion. Staff member thought we checked out without eating breakfast and chased after us in the parking lot but we assured her we had eaten. Location is a short drive to the fun part of Tbilisi which is great. Price is a steal given other options I have seen.. sometimes in Georgia I have paid WAY more and had a much worse room. Would totally recommend to anyone.

This hotel is horrible, the location is bad, the staff is very rude and ******, they will say NO TO EVERY SIMPLE REQUEST WITH A HORRID SMILE, they DO NOT have a breakfast buffet, claiming it's due to covid when all other hotels have a controlled buffet. They DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS, they will try and CHARGE YOU EXUBERANT AMOUNTS FOR EVERYTHING even though things are included in your package. They ruined my otherwise perfect holiday, honest review - DO NOT STAY HERE
