One area where improvement can be made is the laundry service: the hotel likely uses very hot water because some clothes lost color and shrank. Otherwise, this is a pretty good hotel

Мы в этот отель переселились из другого отеля, который был настолько плох, что мы сбежали несмотря на невозмещаемое бронирование. Т.к. у нас в этом отеле уже жили родственники, нам он сначала показался прекрасным. На самом деле он не прекрасный, но вполне неплохой. По крайней мере при необходимости мы сможем остановиться в нём вновь на несколько дней без сожалений. Плюсами отеля являются прекрасный завтрак, реагирующий на просьбы персонал, наполнение номера, не самое плохое расположение, хорошее сочетание цены и качества. Минусами является очень плохая вентиляция в ванной, из-за которой не сохнут даже полотенца, протечки душевой кабины, полное отсутствие звукоизоляции и шумное кафе с живой музыкой до 11 вечера прямо под окнами отеля. Большим преимуществом отеля является возможность бронирования без банковской карты.

Not close to old town/tourist center at all, but right in the new city center. McDonald's, Dunkin donuts and Baskin Robbins were a block away. So was a metro stop if you want to take that into old town. It was lovely to spend the evening in the park after a day of sightseeing. The bartender was very sweet. Rooms were basic but checked all the boxes. Breakfast was amazing--our biggest meal of the day!

Му гуляли по парку и зашли в отель. Нам не разрешили посетить туалет( Это впервые в нашей практике. А можно было не только разрешить, а ещё и воспользоваться шансом и привлечь себе нас как гостей, показать отель...

Family Rooms are way too small for a family of 4 (with 2 small children). The bathroom really stinks and they have leakages that make all wood in the doors moist and bloated. Walls are paper thin and breakfast by far the worst we experienced during our trip around Georgia and Armenia. The staff was pleasant and the location in the park was nice. Rooms were way too hot and we could find no way to stop the heaters... Would definitely try a different hotel next time we're in Tbilisi

We stayed for 3 nights. The experience was amazing and refreshing! Tasty breakfast, helpful staffs (especially the ladies in front desk) they are so nice and the best part is that the hotel is so accessible to the metro station and other tourist spots!

Tiflis'in ana caddesinde, çok iyi konumda ve makul ücretli bir otel. Diğer önemli yerlere taksiyle 5-10dk, yürüyerek 10-20dk mesafelerde. Misafiperver ve yardımsever personel ile zengin bir kahvaltı var. Aile odaları içeriden geçişli. Şehir parkı içerisinde olduğundan gürültü yok. Otelin dibinde, park içinde 10 masalı ping-pong salonu da var; 8 Lari/saat (Gel) Sevenlere duyrulur.
