Отель находится в самом центре,все рядом в пешей доступности(улица на одну выше Руставели). Комнаты новые,все чистое ,кровать удобная.В номерах есть помимо полотенец,тапочки,средства гигиены,чайник. Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный.Было чувство,как будто мы в гостях у знакомых или друзей.Ребята всегда во совсем помогут,все подскажут. Тест по запросу приезжают в отель делать прямо из лаборатории и позже присылают вам результат. Когда приедем в следующий раз в Тбилиси,обязательно снова заедем Otiums. Рекомендую этот бутик-отель от всей души.

Небольшой отель с очень удачным расположением. Приятный сервис! Пока добирались хозяин постоянно был на связи, по приезду встретил, помог донести багаж, рассказал про Тбилиси, помог запарковать машину, подсказал где лучше обменять деньги! 5+ Рекомендую

Very happy with the hotel and friendly owners and workers. They make our holiday so easy and memorable. Clean rooms and tastefull breakfast every day. Walking distance to city centre. We can definitely recommend.

Fantastic hotel and hosts. Our pick up from the airport was easy. Breakfasts were delicious. Everyone was wonderful.
