It's really outrageous. There was no toilet paper or paper towels when I entered the room. I called the front desk and asked, and the front desk replied that I wanted to check. Although I didn't know what I needed to check, I still waited for his reply. It took half an hour for them to reply to us. At present, they don’t have toilet paper or issues. Sorry... We spent money and didn’t have any of these and couldn’t find a way to replenish them. They just said sorry indifferently... Room was small but good enough for solo traveler
Clean but there was a very strange smell from the bathroom drain. Informed reception but they couldn’t really do anything about it
Also, the constant blinking light from the smoke alarm is very annoying while trying to sleep
Location is great. For the money would say it’s a decent option but could do better

The hotel is very nice, I liked it, the interior is pleasant, there are lights, the bathroom has everything you need (hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels), there are bathrobes and slippers. Overall I liked everything. The only check-in, I understand, is from 2:00 pm, we arrived at 1:00 pm and were not checked in, we went for a walk in the city and ended up checking in only at 6:00 pm. Although I wanted to take a shower, change clothes and throw some things out of backpacks and purses (these things did not fit into the suitcases that we left at the reception). In general, the following story is observed in Tbilisi - they do not particularly try to check in a little earlier than 14:00, even though the rooms have already been cleaned and, in general, they have not been lived in for the last 24 hours. In general, my friend and I were initially placed in a room with one bed - we booked a room with 2 beds, at first they tried to tell us that we had a room with 1 bed, but this was not the case. As a result, we were re-settled normally - into a room with 2 beds and we got a beautiful view from the window.

Excellent location, close to all services (grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes), in addition to all the activities in Tbilisi, just minutes from the hotel. If you like to walk, it is considered very close to the landmarks.
