We booked this hotel through ***********. I chose a hotel for my mother and her friend. Mom is aged and it was planned to check into this hotel after 12 hours of a difficult road. After a long clarification what and how mom was offered a nearby hotel and promised a discount. The first room the hotel managers wanted to give was one bed and in very poor condition. I had to enter into discussions again, after which they gave a better number. But this room was more expensive than the one originally booked. And again I had to enter into dialogues with managers, after which they gave the promised discount. In the end, the issue was resolved. They gave an adequate replacement in the same location and even a more budget option. But through the hassle and dialogues, initially no one was going to solve the existing problem and fulfill their obligations. This is clearly not what you expect from such a hospitable country and people. Especially when an aged person arrives after 12 hours of travel. Very unpleasantly surprised and can not recommend this hotel after such a negative experience.
