Worse ever hotel (not even hotel!!)
Unfriendly and rude reception!
Key had problems at night we couldn’t open our room!
Just imagine that the keys was not working but the owner of this hotel was yelling at us!! And not apologizing for wasting our time!!
One night at 1AM really bad fight in hotel that scared me! Drunk people!!!! But hotel reception came after 15 min!:/
Not toothbrush we ask but they said we don’t have
Also I ask from reception for elevator but he said we can not use ! But actually it was going to our side also😂!!!!
Also they didn’t ask from us that we want cleaning or no and when we came to our hotel we find out that they came to our room without asking from us!!!
Please don’t go there it’s horrible !!!!!!!

The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the hotel location was good. Very close to a metro station or walking distance to some of the main touristic attractions.
The breakfast was a homemade buffet style and everything tasted nice and fresh.
Coming from a warm place I struggled with the cold temperature the first night so I requested an extra blanket during the second day on my stay and they promptly gave it to me.
Surprisingly enough, when I came back to the room on the third day, I noticed that the staff not only left the bed prepared with the extra duvet from the previous night, but also brought a heater to make the room warmer for the rest of my stay. I was really touched with the gesture.

I like the location bc it’s so comfortable to reach tourist attractions
I’d like the hotel worries about labels and directions inside them bc it was not so easy to find our room at floor
But it’s good especially for a short stay
