У отеля есть два несомненных плюса, один из которых под вопросом. Первый - это большие номера. Второй - вид на город (а здесь как повезет, нас поселили на первый этаж с частичным видом на крышу впереди стоящего здания). Но поверьте, эти плюсы уже не интересны когда в отеле столько минусов. Первый и самый главный - это грязь. Прикрепляю фотографию нашего сан узла, тут можно и не комментировать. Унитаз грязный, то есть уборщица что смогла то и оттерла ершиком, все остальное - как на фото осталось. Вытяжка пыльная, в ванной плесень, из раковины воняет канализацией. Вся мебель в номере убитая, все отваливается и расшатано, стены грязные, под кроватью кучу пыли и волос. Поверьте, мы вообще не притязательные люди и первый раз столкнулись с таким комбо. Находиться в номере максимально неприятно, некомфортно, хочется сбежать. Здесь неоднократно писали про шумоизоляцию, которая напрочь отсутствует. Я думал ну такого быть не может, ну что-то где-то слышно даже в любой квартире. Но нет, здесь действительно слышно каждый шаг соседей. У наших соседей было двое детей которые орали до 11 вечера и носились по номеру. Я показал женщине на ресепшене фотографию душа, хотел уточнить это нормально? Она пожимая плечами минут 5 разглядывал фотографию, потом подошла к хозяину отеля который сидел в лобби, тот лениво посмотрел фотку и сказал что это просто герметик потемневший, не плесень. Ну смешно конечно)) для отеля 4 звезды это видимо ок. Не удивлюсь если привезу домой грибок на ногах. Конечно это никакие не 4 звезды, максимум 2, кто прилепил им эти звезды, - непонятно, видимо сами так решили и себя короновали. Холодильника в номере нет, с таким вообще первый раз сталкиваюсь. В отеле 4 звезды не может не быть холодильника. Предполагаю что там действительно работают кумовья и сваты, и им просто настолько лень что то делать, ремонтировать, совершенствоваться, шевелиться, что они просто плывут по течению жизни в своем отеле. Никому не советую, поверьте, этот вид не так важен как комфорт и чистота. Видов в Тбилиси вы и так насмотритесь, благо полно ресторанов и смотровых площадок. Не ошибитесь при выборе отеля.

One of the best hotel i visited so far ,nice rooms and they were very clean and tidy the housekeeping always made sure the room is clean. The rooftop bar has breathtaking views and delicious food special thanks to GEORGE and SAPA for taking care of us and providing exceptional service thank you for making our stay wonderful and memorable thank u so much we will definitely visit again

Simply not worth it. The rooms are not cleans staff is way too lazy. Fridge was not working . Breakfast was served at 9 with no early option available. If you don’t have car then this place is not recommended as its way too inside. It is surrounded by greenery the view at night is good but the money they are charging is not upto the mark of the services which should be provided to the people staying there. Staff is rude and not accommodating at all. Halal options in breakfast is not available the serving staff is way too lazy and they give you a good stare if you ask for 2 bread as they keep counting how much you are eating as we paid the money for breakfast but this was the attitude. Horrible not recommended at all.

I reserved a double room which means two double beds. I was given one bed for two males and that doesn’t work. I was offered to pay for a second room and that makes no sense. I’ll be contacting ******* about this. I have traveled to 125 countries and double room when I book with ******* means just that. Very disappointing

A nice hotel with fantastic views from the room as well the breakfast area . Nice spacious rooms too. Very close to the Funicular station . The breakfast was delicious . However , the toilet WC was not very clean . We checked in late due to our flight time so couldnt raise it at the reception . We were there only for 1 night as we checked out the next day morning .

Remember not all the rooms have the view shown in photos, it is most probably to have the window of your neighbor, facing your room! -Bed sheets smelly -Shower not clean -Worse chicken kebab i had in Tbilisi during years of living there -super slow restaurant Not recommended

Очень плохой ремонт, медленные официанты. На фото все красиво, а в реальности в 2 раза хуже. Может номер такой плохой... Что ещё добавить? Больше и нечего. Ванная плохая, света в комнате мало Простыня маленькая, тумбы пыльные. Надеюсь этого достаточно

Sehr elegante Einrichtung, eigenes Bad im Zimmer, sehr netter Service (wir konnten die Koffer einen ganzen Tag lang deponieren und durften eine Buchung am Hotelrechner machen), geniale Terrasse mit Rundumblick, sehr leckeres Essen. Sehr weit nördlich in der Nähe der Standseilbahn zum Mtatsminda-Park.
