Das Hotel ist neu und stylish, die Lage direkt am Präsidentenpalast und der neuen Kathedrale sehr gut. Schöne große und saubere Zimmer, die Zimmermädchen hinterlassen freundliche Dankbotschaften für das Trinkgeld - so etwas nettes habe ich noch nie erlebt! Das restliche Personal könnte aber freundlicher sein. Im Frühstücksraum wird man nicht begrüßt und die Rezeption ist teilweise über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht besetzt. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber Cappuccino muss extra gezahlt werden - das wirkt kleinlich! Auch dass es erst ab 8 Uhr serviert wird, habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt - unternimmt man einen Tagesausflug, zu dem man früh startet, gibt es halt kein Frühstück...Im Zimmer fehlen Kleinigkeiten: zwar gibt es Wasserkocher und Tassen, aber nichts, wofür man diese Utensilien brauchen könnte (Tee oder Kaffee). Ich frage mich auch, warum im Zimmer eine riesige Fläche einfach frei geblieben ist. Hier hätte wunderbar ein Tisch oder eine kleine Sitzgruppe hingepasst...

I stayed for 6 nights. The room was very spacious and very clean. I asked for more towels and paper and every day I received them. The room was cleaned daily, fresh breakfast but 3 stars, not 4, the superb superior restaurant with a panorama of of the city and great food, the young people at the reception are extraordinary, thank you very much Nina, Maria and the boys, I can't remember their names, for sure if we come back to Tbilisi we will stay at your place

A very nice hotel with very kind staff. The room is spotlessly clean with a balcony. Breakfast very good. The location was very good and close to the old city of Tbilisi. It has a very nice roof with an incredible view. I recommend it

Clean new hotel, large rooms. We stayed with two children. Responsive and kind staff, smiling and pleasant to talk to. The rooms are comfortable. Two comfortable large comfortable beds. The location is convenient, a 15-minute walk to the city center. Breakfast is decent, side dishes are constantly changing. We recommend.

Breakfast is pathetic. Rotten apples 🍎 and mandarin for breakfast! Got stomach upset after consuming it. Not many choices Location is bad, away from centre and main markets Room sizes are small. Double beds 🛌 are not enough to accommodate 2 persons or even a couple, fear of fall whole night. When requested to change, they excused that all rooms are of same size Only positive thing is pleasant staff and housekeeping

Thanks to the excellent staff The hotel is located in the centre of the city. If you are in Tbilisi this is the hotel for you. One of the best hotel i have ever been to. The bed is very comfortable, Everything was excellent. We liked it, thank you.
