Beautiful room, with a balcony. Continental breakfast was amazing. Hotel has a roof top terrace with city views, to walk around. Overall, a great place for couples.

Спасибо за комфорт и уют этому прекрасному отелю! Замечательный персонал, особая благодарность Алексею и Анжели. Очень приятные и милые ребята, готовые всегда прийти на помощь. Чисто, окуратно, вкусные разнообразные, питательные завтраки. Удобное месторасположение отеля, прекрасный дизайн. Отличная цена. Остались только положительные эмоции! Процветания и успехов на многие годы. P.S. ( спасибо за ежедневные чистые полотенца:))

Очень понравился этот отель. Поставила 5 баллов, но он заслуживает 100. Чисто, уютно, комфортно. По домашнему комфортно. Такие удобные постели, такие мягкие и пышные одеяла 👍 На каждом этаже есть утюги и гладильные доски. По необходимости можно заказать стирку. Отдельно порадовала кухня. Я была здесь продолжительное время, каждый день на завтрак что-то новенькое. И компоты, и печёные сладости, и фрукты, горячие блюда. Такого разнообразия завтраков, не видела нигде. Все работники дружелюбные, гостеприимные. Ощущение, что ты у родных людей в гостях, а не в отеле. Расположение не в самом центре, но удобное.Прямо у отеля автобусная остановка, с которой можно уехать на железнодорожный вокзал и на автостанцию, так же всего за 15 минут доехать до метро. Рекомендую всем. И если сама ещё буду в Тбилиси, то обязательно еще раз в jazz hotel.

Замечательный отель, очень красивый внутри и снаружи, все заделано в музыкальном стиле! Номер был комфортный, чистый, красивый и с балконом. Очень мягкие подушки и одеяла! Есть много Русских каналов по телевизору. Персонал супер дружелюбные, вежливые и отзывчивые люди❤️❤️❤️

Прекрасный отель и невероятные сотрудники! У моего молодого человека поднялась температура до 40 и 2-ух, я написала по номеру отеля в телеграмм и работники отеля сразу же вызвали скорую, вот это отношение! Спасибо вам большое! Всем советую от чистого сердца ❤️

Everything started well. I booked two rooms in this hotel for one night through the Ostrovok.ru website in August. Paid in advance. Confirmation came, everything was OK. We arrive at the hotel about 9 p.m. (September, 5). Tired, hungry and with suitcases. At the Reception, we are met hotel employee who informs us that he cannot move us into the rooms, as some of them are not ready to receive guests, and others are busy. He also said that Hotel wrote to us late last night to warn us about this problem, but he could not explain exactly where this e-mail or notification. After telling us this "wonderful" news, the employee with an absolutely indifferent face began to say that he did not know what we shouls do. And overbooking is anyone's fault, just not the hotel's. As a result, we had to drive around Tbilisi for another couple of hours in search of a place to stay for the night. We connected with Ostrovok.ru, but they answered only in the morning. They just returned our money.

Jazz hotel seems very competitive among other hotels in Georgia, aside from their unique hotel theme which is "JAZZ ". That you'll enjoy once you enter their reception. A classic musical instruments like saxophone, bass, guitar and drum set that you can play will welcome you. Alex is one of the most accommodating front office staff that will help you a lot, from check in to check out. The other staff also from housekeeping and for those who prepare our breakfast is also exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean. The balcony is wonderful and superb with the almost entire view of Tbilisi. I highly recommend this hotel and ill comeback soon. Worth give a try for those who are budget conscious, for a short family or couple vacation.
