There were hairs from past tenants on the floor and dirty wet wipes on the floor of the nightstand. The owner of the hotel told us that we should ask for cleaning!!! When we asked to replenish toilet paper for us (there was 1 roll in the room), then the person went to the store and bought this roll for us, they just sent us to the store for coffee. In the end, when we went to complain to the owner, he said that his employees did not report anything to him, which means we invented everything. Of course, no one returned the money to us.
