Rustaveli Hotel

Nice hotel, coolest reception ever and sweet staff. My hotel was facing Avenue Rustaveli, so I could hear the traffic pretty well, it was a bit noisy. Other than that, it was perfect and I enjoyed my stay there.

To all travelers who plans to visit Georgia, this hotel is 100% recommended in terms of room, service, location. It's a classic hotel and will give you the "feel like home" thing. I stayed 7days, 6nights for holiday. It was an old hotel but very clean and well maintained. Very peaceful place and it feels like home. I booked the room with balcony which is facing the main street of Rustaveli and facing Opera House. I enjoyed the breakfast too. Service is excellent and they are very prompt and I commend George to that for an extraordinary service and extending help in all of my needs during my stay. The housekeeping are checking and cleaning the room everyday. Location is very accessible. Just walking distance to old city, shopping malls and restaurants and other great spots around the city. I can't give any negative comments about this hotel because they gave me a great room, excellent service, such a memorable experience during my stay. They have exceeded my expectation. Madluba!

Very nice, friendly stuff. Great location. Clean rooms, high sealing and lots of loght. I would stay again. Or recomend others to stay here.🙂👍😀

The outside is a very old building that needs work Inside my room was very nice and clean And they were helpful in getting me to airport in wee hours of the morning

What a wonderful cosy and beautiful hotel. We will definitely be returning. The staff are friendly and wonderful. The room is clean and comfortable. The area is excellent, central.

Definitely better than expected. I had a seating area with a couch and two lounge chairs in the room next to the bedroom. AC and wifi worked well, customer service was AMAZING. Very focused and attentive. Location was great, right on rustaveli street (less than a 10 min wall to liberty square). Would recommend!

It is not as same as in the picture, building is very old and rusty. There were ruins in the coridor and stairs. Elevator was old and now working when i arrived there. There is no direction in the coridor to find it. Floor is very old and made by wooden therefore when someone walks you directly here. It was very noisy and i could not even sleep when i arrived there it was almost 4 pm in the morning. Room was full of smell with mold, there was not any fresh air in the room. Towel, sheet and carpet was dirty. Breakfast was very poor, when i would like to chechk out early and reimburse my payment they said ok but then ********** contacted with them, they said no they did not accept me to leave. Can you imagine i stayed only few hours and i said no i do not want to stay any more !!! My original stay was 3 nights but i stayed only 5 hours in the room, after breakfast i had a meeting and came back then checked out in the afternoon. Poor service, poor english, dirty atmosphere! I will no more stay in this hotel, it was my first time and i would like to stay at the centre of Tbilisi so i choosed Rustaveli street. Next time there is no way to stay in this ruined building. They were even liar to pay my unstayed night!

Extremely nice and helpful staff. That is why we returned. We had a balcony on the street, but found the traffic a bit noisy. We asked to shift to a side balcony, and slept fine, so that is what we would recommend. The breakfast worked very well for us.
