I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and there was no one to greet me. The cold winter made me stay outside all night. It was terrible.

It is the worst hotel, never go there The hotel staff stole my money and phone This has happened there before Mobile phones, money and watches of passengers are stolen in the hotel I was there without money or cell phone and I didn't know what to do

I am not recommending your stay in this hotel.No business operations shall be conducted at this Hotel. This hotel provided terrible service from the time I checked in until I checked out. I booked a double room which I paid in good amount, but I had a room where someone had already been staying since there were a man's clothes in the closet and three pairs of slippers scattered throughout the space. The room is not clean, the toilet is awful because someone used it and did not flush it thoroughly, there is trash in the trash can, and even the towel is filthy. I have to go down on my own to the reception to get hot water because the shower and hot water aren't working. Reception opens only in the morning. I asked the receptionist a courteous question, but he was quite unpleasant in his response, never helped me with anything, and even instructed me to leave the property. I chose to disregard my unpleasant experiences and stayed at the hotel as I don't have much time to look at and book another hotel in the middle of the night. The only time I spend here is after a long day of sightseeing when I just need to rest.

i was there for about 7 days and nights…the picture in the site is so hopeful but the hotel or somehow better to say hostel..the breakfast repeated everyday( 1 slice bread, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice cucumber and 2 slice tomato and mashed potatoes, 1 tea bag)..the room smelled moisture..hotel has no one as a reception only a few hours in the morning, at nights if you have problem you will be on your own..the woman who is housekeeping, is kind and really do her job..rooms get clean before you arrive there and all of bed linens get washed and replaced. the location is the strenght point of this hotel and its view of balcony. if you seeking a place better than hostels, it would be your choice. even if you have low badget. you can walk from hotel to everywhere you want and the metro station is near so you dont need to rent a car or use taxi.

Мы приехали ночью и опоздали на 1 день, рейс задержали. Отель был взят через букинг, хозяин там не отвечал пришлось писать напрямую и это была ошибка. Он нам ничего не говорил про проблемы с номерами, пока мы туда не приехали, а когда мы приехали, увидели не соответствие фотографиям и ремонт на половине отеля. Хозяин нам сказал, что вода залила наши номера (думаю что ложь, но не буду утверждать) и предложил номера в другом отеле, который намного хуже - руставели 36. Он конечно в центре, но он действительно хуже, можете посмотреть отзывы и оценку. Мы прожили там 1 день из оплаченных 12 и уехали, потому что там жить невозможно любому нормальному человеку. Деньги нам букинг не вернул, он вообще очень редко это делает и предоставляет разбираться с хозяином самостоятельно. Хозяин естественно тоже ничего не сделал, говорит, что дал нам стандартный номер и что если бы я не уехал, то решили бы проблему. У данного хазяина по его словам 3 отеля и ключевая черта что их обьединяет - это красивые фотографии с нужных ракурсов и лучших номеров, которые вы не получите, а ваше пребывание в отеле будет напоминать мем «ожидание-реальность». Очень не советую связываться с этим отелем и этим хозяином. Фото Исаки нету, но в целом о том, как он заботится о своих отелях можно увидеть по фото руставели 36. Внутри Исаки было не чище, а он еще утверждал, что в Исаке также в номерах «аккуратно». И да, в кровати найдены чьи-то лобковые волосы (по всей видимости).
