Since it was my first time staying Tbilisi i had a lot of questions and stuff was really very helpful explaining me everything.Location is exellent! Right in the heart of the city. Hotel is clean and comfortable. At the reception they told me that there will also be a Terrace opening. Will definately come back again.

Otel çok merkezi heryere yürüme mesafesinde, Oda temiz, geniş, yatak rahat, kahvaltı taze ve yeterli, personel yardımsever herşey iyiydi havaalanına giden otobüs otelin önünden geçiyor. Merkezi konumu otelin hizmetinden memnun kaldık.

У нас был чудесный опыт проживания в отеле. Он открылся совсем недавно (кажеться, ноябрь 2021). Все новое, современное. Видна рука дизайнера и старания вадельцев. Чисто очень. Расположение для туристов просто отичное. Видно, что персонал старается очень и быстро реагирует. Останавливаются гости с самых разных стран, которым надоели сетевые отели и им хочется нового опыта в совсем свежем отеле, хотя и о нем пока совсем мало отзывов. Букинг позиционировал этот отель как 5 звезд, но это скорее 5-звездночный бутик-отель, а не такой отель в классическом понимании - с бассейном, спа и другими прелестями огромного отеля. Он небольшой, но это придает особого уюта и шарма, а во время пандемии это даже очень удобно гостям. Рецепция очень услужливая. Ребята безусловно очень стараются. Однозначно, отель расчитан не на бюджетного путешественника, а на тех, кому хочется душевного номера, спокойного пребывания. Много именно семей. В наши дни отель не был заселен полностью, поэтому вопрос шумоизоляции для нас не был актуален. Также учтите, что завтраки под заказ с меню. Шведской линии нет, но это вполне понятно, так как нет потока гостей. И вот этот фактор нужно учесть, когда с утра вам надо бежать по днем, на экскурсию и др. - приходите по раньше, что бы успеть и позавтракать, и вовремя выйти. В целом, отзыв очень положительный.

I am in this hotel right now and from tomorrow we are waiting they fix their air conditioning system It's really awful that their manager doesn't respond true and lie us easily by her staff Toooooo hot but no responsibility They gave us a fan instead of air conditioner like low motel

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to shops, cafes, restaurants, close to the airport too. It is clean, tidy, modern. The staff were super friendly and helpful especially David, he was an absolute star! My brother had his wedding here and it was so beautiful. The executive suite was big and spacious, beds comfortable etc. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Tbilisi. The breakfast was good, not buffet so you have to order. My children enjoyed the croissants.

The experience at the hotel was charming from Day 1. David at the reception along with other team members like Mancho and Tako were brilliant and always ready to help. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. We had taken a suite room and the cleaners were always doing a good job. Food at the restaurant was also very good. Breakfast was a simple affair but the food was always fresh. The Chef made very fluffy eggs and the cottage cheese was amazing. But most of all all the baked goods we had were absolutely delicious especially the croissants which were exceptional. Staff at the restaurant were again highly pleasant. Manager Tazo along with other staff Saba Gvansta Mariam and Katya and others too please I forget the names.. they were very polite and always ready to assist. Very efficiently managed hotel. 5 stars. No less.

This hotel is very bad, the air conditioner does not work and unfortunately no one is responsible and I do not recommend staying in this hotel, I think I prefer sleeping on the street to staying in this hotel, the breakfast was awful and there was nothing and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I was living now
