This time we were disappointed with the choice of hotel: the hotel is tired and the service leaves much to be desired. This is our second time staying here. I liked it last time.
We warned in advance that we were moving in after the wedding and we were on a honeymoon. At the reception they said that they saw our comment and offered us to pay for the wedding package. No amenities from the hotel. When asked about afternoon tea, they said that it was also a separate paid option. We had a club room which included coffee, tea and biscuits all day. There is no variety compared to other hotels.
The room is very tired and needs renovation. We went to the spa. In a huge multi-storey hotel there is a small sauna for 6 people and the same hammam. The Jacuzzi didn't work. There are only 2 in the recreation area!! sun lounger The pool is on a separate floor and has cold water.
Unfortunately, the hotel is not worth the money. We were left disappointed.

The experience of staying in this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced with no sense of service at all! Ctrip's responsibility after booking was entirely passed on to the agent. However, after the payment was made, the overseas agent did not get confirmation from the hotel at all, so the hotel made nonsense of the excuse of not checking out and not refunding the cancellation. Ctrip used this as an excuse to refuse the refund. Order a refund! Ctrip’s out-of-control management of overseas agents is the fundamental reason!

Hotels in Georgia are not family-friendly. The rooms and beds are basically 20-odd square meters and 0.8-meter double beds. We chose the Biltmore Hotel, the tallest hotel in the city. At first, it was mainly because the room was spacious and relatively new. The bed was 1.2 meters long, and they even took the initiative to add an extra bed in advance. The 360-degree view of the city, facing the river, with the TV tower and Ferris wheel on the opposite mountain, and the old city of Tbilisi on the other side. Various monasteries, the Trinity Church, the Mother's Basilica, the Mother of Georgia sculpture, the Peace Bridge, the Freedom Square, the National Museum, etc. are all visible to the naked eye and within walking distance. The most satisfying meal every day is the buffet breakfast. The various fried and roasted hams and cakes actually cured my stomach cold.
