HOTEL IS WONDERFUL WITH ALL ITS STUFF:)))) LOVE IT It was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel over and over again. The hotel ambiance was amazing with an overlooking environment at the top floor. The lobby was amazing. Thank you!

Hotel has cancelled my booking just one hour before check in. I had to arrange the place to live whilst travelling in the car and more expensive as it was the same day booking.Poor management, be prepared as hotel doesn't admit their responsibility

Hotel appears to be new, however Ukrainian refugees are still inside and it does not contribute to great mark at all. Swimming pool is small with only four sunbeds of which two only have mattress. Breakfast choices are poor and oftenly items missing and never refilled on buffet table. Front staff was not always helpful particularly at night time. Bathroom is small and there is not shower curtain so after taking a shower, bathroom becomes wetroom. Would give maximally 2.5 stars!
