Hotel Four Brothers

We were on vacation with two families. The rooms are clean, it feels like the renovation is fresh, not shabby. The shower is separated from the toilet by a glass partition with a door. Wifi is good. The reception staff is responsive and friendly! They gave us glasses for wine! On the roof there is a terrace with tables, a gorgeous view of the city! Many attractions are within walking distance! Of the minuses - thick pillows, not for everyone.

Wonderful hotel! Charming Lika❤️ Thank you very much for receiving me so warmly. When I left, I could barely restrain myself from crying. It felt like I was visiting relatives and not at a hotel. The room is good, everything is clean. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious, especially the jam☺️ Thank you❤️

The hotel is clean, good location. BUT!!! They forgot T-shirts in the closet; 2.5 thousand dollars and 20 thousand rubles were hidden in them. We returned to the hotel, gave them T-shirts and 3 thousand rubles, probably for a minibus to Vladikavkaz, the money was stolen!!! The holiday was ruined, I had to return home (((

The hotel is located in an unsightly alley, next to dilapidated houses. It felt like there had been a bombing or an earthquake. The hotel was booked through ***********, where this establishment was presented as a hotel, but in reality it turned out to be some kind of gloomy guest house. Upon arrival, we were unpleasantly shocked that our room was located in the basement, with virtually no windows. Although the reservation indicated that the room was located on the first floor. After long proceedings with hysterics and screams, the hotel staff offered to cancel the reservation for ***********, so as not to pay them commission interest, while promising not to charge us a penalty for canceling the reservation, and from the next day they provided us with more -less decent family room. We still had to spend the night in the basement one night... However, after leaving the hotel, we were again unpleasantly shocked that the hotel still charged us a fine for canceling our reservation. We are very upset by this kind of “hospitality” from the hotel staff and we highly recommend avoiding these ruins if you don’t want to ruin your mood from your trip to Tbilisi. Then it turned out that for the same money it was possible to rent a room in decent hotels in the same area. Pros: good breakfast and walking distance to the city's attractions.

At the reception there is a figurine of a Ukrainian with the flag of Ukraine. Who cares? What kind of provocation is this? Now about the main thing. There is a lot of dust in the room. I opened the closet, and there was dust all over the bottom shelf. And in this mud there was some kind of network cable lying around. What is he there for? It is unclear the quantity of some items in the double room. Why is there only one small disposable soap in the double room? I repeat: the room is double with two separate beds, which means it is not a married couple living there. Isn't it logical? Why just soap? Why one tea bag for two? There were 5 packets of sugar. For two! 2 and a half each? The hotel's position is beyond any logic. The hotel is not worth the money. Conclusion: the woman at the reception and the woman cook (the breakfast is hearty and good) increase the rating of this hotel, otherwise I would give it 1/5. The maid definitely needs to be fired.
