The hotel is sparkling clean. large rooms and the hot water flows immediately from the taps. Small boutique hotel run by the owner and his efficient staff which includes the amazing Alex. Very hospitable. nothing is too much for them including trying to find me a showe cap on Easter. The breakfast is very very good. They also lend you umbrellas even it rains. Highly recommended.

Interesting and very comfortable hotel with delightful service. Stylish interior was a welcome break from corporate type hotels and the impressive courtyard garden was delightful. Minor problem on booking in was immediately rectified by the charming and attentive staff. (Thank you Alex). Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic, cozy hotel with welcoming, attentive staff, big rooms, bath tubs, great breakfast, and many nice touches all around. The location is a bit up a hill and near the lively Rustaveli area, which is excellent for exploring the city and for access to shops, restaurants, cafes, the metro, etc. Highly recommended.

The Location is very good near central avenue. The Room was cozy and super clean with old stylish wooden furniture. The bed was comfortable. Friendly staff who are always ready to help with any questions. Breakfast was really good with high quality food. Highly recommend it.

Great hospitality. Great location. I had reserved our room via email and they helped us gently through the process. We went for our wedding anniversary and they offered us a delicious cake and a beautiful room on the third floor. Everything was delightful. Breakfasts are almost the same, yet delicious. We will definitely go back again.

I always try to stay at this hotel. The reasons are obvious - a very cozy, clean, well located hotel. It is also very important for me that the staff is very friendly, always ready to accommodate a meeting. And also - VERY delicious breakfasts!! 😊 A lot of thanks!
