The hotel is easy to find and there is free car parking available, although it did take a couple of attempts to find the entrance to the car park. The staff and owners are lovely and speak good English. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, well appointed and quiet. The restaurant serves very good food at a reasonable price.

Es handelt sich um ein Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Die meisten Zimmer bieten Blick auf den Tegernsee. Der Hauptraum das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit hochwertigen Materialien. Das Bad ist zweckdürftig.

Difficult to get to train station from property. A long walk with luggage and no help from the hotel. Taxi was unavailable as we were leaving at 7 am. Lots of noisy traffic.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, leider war unser Zimmer sehr alt, das Badezimmer stammt aus den 70er Jahren. Daher steht der gehobene Preis nicht im richtigen Verhältnis. Frühstück war aber sehr gut.

Perfect lication in Tegernsee. All rooms overlook the beautiful lake. The ferry docks are rights across the street along with the lakefront promenade.

Hotel is nice and is constantly being upgraded. Rooms are quiet, comfortable and very clean. Food is quite good in the dining room. Bike rental is great and location is awesome. Great hosts and very friendly staff.

Im Rahmen der Anreise zum Wörthersee suchten wir für eine Zwischenübernachtung am Tegernsee ein nettes Hotel und landeten in Tegernsee im "Seehotel Zur Post". Küche und vor allem Webseite und auch Marketing machte einen guten Eindruck. Beim Eintreffen im Hotel stellten wir fest, dass zwar der Schlafraum offenbar gut renoviert ist, die übrige Einrichtung dieses Hauses jedoch stark ramponiert und in die Jahre gekommen ist. Unsere, wie auch weitere Zimmertüren wiesen Spuren von Gewalteinwirkung auf. Personal ist freundlich und Küche wie auch Frühstück recht gut. Das übrige "Ambiente" aber sorgte für unsere Entscheidung, es lediglich bei dieser einmaligen Übernachtung zu belassen.....
